like sugar on berries when I look at you
my heart gets soft and juicy
and I wonder what to do.
the sparkle in my eyes like frost on a pop
freezing my gaze on yours
and I don’t want to stop.
but berries and sugar are just a flavor
and what if you prefer
a bite with a little more savor?
I cannot tell what’s in your heart
or if you think I’m sweet
but I may fall apart.
this is either berry good or not at all
every berry crushing
under my fall.
oh that awkward stage of the first crush on someone

He undressed and his scars visible,
She touched them, felt them and held the pain in her touch or tried to
He pierced his gaze into hers
His soul flew past the pretty face and her dark black eyes.

Scars, scars, deep within,
The source of her silence.
Scars and scars, deep within.

He extended his arms to touch
She closed her eyes and turned away
Her soul trapped in the shackles of her past,
Her scars guarding the castle.

But he knew.
Clouds will part and there will be stars.
He awaits for the stars,
To touch the scars, to gaze into her soul.
The moon will rise and the only darkness there will be, will be in her coiffures.

He waited and waited.
And she returned.

Bathed in silver of moon,
Naked, she stood.
Her scars and her screams exposed,
Breaking the walls of her castle.

Naked, she stood, locked in his arms,
He conquered her fears and she in turn took his pain.
Amidst the moon and the stars,
Their souls United, danced among the stars.

He gazed into her eyes and she trapped his soul.

I avoided you like a mouse does to a cat.
I tried to possibly block you out.
But your gaze turned me into a hot liquid, and somehow I really liked it.
It was so hot, I felt like I wanted you to dominate me.
Rub your body up on me real good, because I need you close to me, I need you real close.
I was frequently blushing from your bold stares.
I squirmed under that gaze.
You were my ultimate torture.
But I would not approach you.
You don’t need to know that I know about you watching me.

So I didn’t look your way.

Who taught you how to male gaze?
On a day so hot it could cook an egg...
Was it your father
That told you my legs were ****** fodder?
Or was it your mother
Who said my **** are wild and for someone other than a toddler
Now while I'm proud to a woman
I also walk this earth as human
And your eyes make me despise
Every curve of my thighs
As much as I'm beautiful
My mind is also useful

Who taught you to male gaze
On hot New York days?

To gaze on the face of Jesus,
A companion for you and us,
He is our forever friend,
His eternal love transcends,
A blessing that never ends,
Our Lord in no lingo limbo,
He shall survive infernos,
Ignorance ignites bigotry,
Fuelling phobias, no victory,
We could start a new religion,
For all our teeming billions,
Peace on Earth for humans,
For guidance for all of us,
A unique timeless love,
To gaze on the face of Jesus.
FEEDBACK WELCOME.

May the Lord's blessing
be upon you both

May He always  keep you
in His care

When He sees you
may His face
always shine

And His grace
be as dew

May His loving gaze
be as the blossom
of a smile

Permeating

Your entire being
.....heart and soul

With His Peace.

A friend is getting married, and so I wrote this for them....

She stood in the mist,
waiting for him.

Always in the same place.
He always asks the same question,
"What do you want me to do?"
She never answered.
She couldn't.

All she could do was stare,
reaching toward him with her gaze alone,
pulling him down in the sorrow of those depthless black pools.

The vultures swarmed above me,
and I wondered if it was I
who lay before their narrowing gaze.

If they were fallen angels,
Lucifer's harbingers,

they'd have harvested on the soul
I'd left to decay.
