vented clouds
form a mackerel skin sky
implanted chill
fills out
from a marrow ache
to the human exterior

i walk under the sky
porous to it all
connected by the cold

It is cold, Ginger Tea.
Talk!
Nothing much, just
I like honest and modest people.
Leal?
He is not, yet?
at 4a.m
winter lingers
down in the southern hemisphere
winter lingers
still we're feeling those cold fingers
spring's warm touch hasn't yet arrived here
as the days stay so dismally drear
winter lingers

Me: A series of fifty-five emotions
interchanging every ten minutes
love me, adore me and I shall grant you your deepest wildest dream
upset me, disappoint me, and I shall consider you dead

grass trees cold and death
all four are just beautiful
grass trees cold and death

~
"Satellite, oh, satellite
who sits upon our skies
how deep do you see
when you spy into our lives?"

This is for when
coyote called
into the ether
connecting heaven to earth
For when
glasnost sang
and velvet revolution
twinkled in the humming air

This is for when
the quiet hedges
of lilies and remains
came out of darkness
For when
the misty curtain man
shopping for codes and antiquities
poisoned the salt shakers

This is for when
a spy in an alcove
twisting the thermos tops
to his dark-eyed sister
shelled the transmitters
of Radio Free Europe
For when
his wife refused

This is for when
working in the glass structure
of a Cold War
made spider and I
a measured room
an arc of doves
For when
the last step from the surface
was the end of a thin cord

so pale is your skin
so cold is your body
where has the warmth go?
and your merry little smile
answer me, oh dear
don't you just lay still!
a hug was all i gave
so tightly around your neck

so pale is your skin
so cold is your body
where has the warmth go?
and your merry little smile
answer me, oh dear
don't you just lay still!
you sleep so serenely
that a breath was barely heard...
Odd Odyssey Poet Nov 2021
Your
thoughts
Seem            warm,
thinking      all      about me.
Run in the endless snow as, our
noses both love to do the running too.
Lets both be going down the cold mountain
of life' valley of fate & dreams. Darling, we then
would go riding down the valley' despair and ski.
Kept warm by a kiss  of flames under my breath.
The  sun  is  covered by  clouds,  but  a  son like,
me, can take up the work. Only put me on; and;
consider my warmth. As  in  winter;  humbled
warm words fill you up with warm worth.
I'll be your frozen tear drop of joy.
When the leaves have all run red as blood
And trees stand empty-handed
Diamond snow will blanket all
A land, by winter, branded
