Her laugh is like a beautiful xylophone playing blissfully in the distance,
she just rolls her eyes when I tell her she's beautiful.

She lips taste like vanilla and cinnamon and sugar,
and her freckles glisten just like the tasteful sugar on her lips.

Our feet tangle together next to each other, and hers are warm
whilst I'm sure mine are cold as tea left alone for hours.

She helps me cut my cuticles and paint my nails,
and I compliment her on her perfect, shiny purple fingernails.

I like her.

She blushes when she sees me.

Does she like me too?
a happy poem! finally lol

You make me weak in the knees,
I shan't look at you in the eyes,
For each time our smiles meet,
My heart skips beats and I shyly sigh;
Your pull gives me goosebumps,
Making my lashes dip and cheeks blush red,
My fears crumple and out they jump,
I surrender, I'm all yours, I've accepted.
The way *he* makes me feel :-) Butterflies, birds and parachute jumps - that's what love's supposed to feel like! Yes, 24/7!

We were waiting when we met.
I turned and you sat.
And we were both in transition,
You bobbed your head to the station.
I bit my lip because I knew you were watching,
We met eyes; You tried dodging.
They called your name, then mine too,
A little piece that we now knew.
For you they sent
You stood and went,
Perhaps we'll meet again,
Knowingly they watched, and then,
I imagined how you'll bloom
As we waited in separate rooms.

To me, you are a paradise
Stretched far beyond the mind's frail grasp
What glory found on simple sands
Could elicit such awestruck gasp?

None other, love, but you alone,
Could promise such without a word,
But with a look, a simple touch,
Make silent sentiment so heard.

Endless summer, boundless heaven,
Far from the path I thought to trod;
You've echoed hymns they've never sung
Words written by the hand of God.
Laniakea means "immeasurable heaven" in Hawaiian.  It's also the name of the cosmic supercluster in which we live.

Seeing him blush for the first time
When asked about his love for me
Smiling like an innocent child
With a cute mischievous visage
Never did he show his love for me
But his eyes revealed his truth to me
Was adoring me from far away
With a fear of losing friendly relish
Caught him red-handed today
With a portrayal of mine in his wallet
Confessing his love for me
Was blushing like a blue rock thrush
Singing a loud beautiful melody
Like a call for me to come near !

From time to time I happen across the things you say, and they make me giggle, they make me blush. Your humor gets me going and later leaves me numb and nauseous, like a slow rising roller coaster ride.
Knowing that none of it is for me brings me down when I'm staying up, and all I can hope for is that it ends someday.

what I want is to know
you've been infected
by my blushing cheeks
whenever you call up my phone,
by the heat of my body
whenever you hold my hand,
and by my bubbly feelings
whenever you're around me

"so I've heard love is contagious," she said
*"I know, that is why I love you too," he smiled
Maybe she's not an angel,
but perhaps she's what I need.
And I know that she's not you 'cause,
she's not making my heart bleed.
But she's gorgeous and she's funny and she's one of a kind,
and I just can't seem to get her out of my mind.
I can't say her name, without the hint of a blush,
I know it's not love yet, but it's more than a crush.
