The cat was black and white
With the cutest purr
And eyes that see at night
Along with silky fur.

Any time I think of her
my jaw locks
and my teeth press
into a viscous snarl
as if I've become some beast

And I would bite
with words I've held tight
sinking teeth into flesh
and getting it where it hurts

Maybe I am a rabid animal
who's too dangerous to trust
but what does that mean when
you're the one who made me this way

Red
This morning, I experienced some good luck.
I bought a Chihuahua for one hundred bucks.
My new dog is brown and his name is Red.
He will be my dog for many years ahead.
Like other dogs, he probably loves to gnaw on bones.
Red makes the third Chihuahua dog that I own.

Dark dirt and darker skys
The only light of the pale moon to guide me
This tranquility, forever in this
Realm of dying, deceased, and nevermore to be

I, am the scavenger
With my *** I search
Through decaying birch,
Oak, trees, leaves, plants of all

My goal is the vessels
Of the deceased animals
I collect the ends of their stories
The periods at the end of their sentences

Bones, brittle and left behind
Accompanied by flesh
Decaying, rotting, demolished by
The cycle of mortality

The end of one story
Safely kept in my bag
Forever remembered
I hope they thank me

longing in my chest
aching at the thought of you, come to me. I
need to be held,
touched, felt.
understood by you.
appreciated as I am.
cherished.

the small of my back, my wrist, my neck, all of
my flesh is yours (for the taking)
my nails in your side, you nuzzle my hair as
I breathe you in
your feeling lingers on me for hours.
run and hide from me before
I give you all of myself.

what I can become is limitless,
for you give me what I need
to grow. reaching towards possibilities
borne of darkness. we lie in wait
for the time to strike
soon. before you know it
"the time is now."

Are you smiling?
Or bearing your teeth?

When you laugh
Sometimes I wonder
If it’s with me
Or at me

You say you
Are too busy
That we wouldn’t work
But I call *******

If you really loved me
I wouldn’t be left
Tugging
Your leash

My bunny
does not comprehend
the vast size of the
universe.
My bunny does not
ask questions like
"Why do we exist?"
My bunny is a simple
creature.
But it seems so much
more peaceful
not to wonder these things,
not to stay up late
wracking your brain
at the mysteries of life,
that sometimes,
I wish I was
a bunny too.
Is ignorance truly bliss?
If I was ignorant,
I wouldn't have to ask this.

a dog barks to start a fight with bubba
and he gets
mean like an ant who's
sugars' been stolen and I tell him
             that's an ugly dog
when ugly people populate the planet, I get mad,
but I don't bite their heads off.
He got really calm after that
and I waved at a gardener
as if to say,
                   'It's okay,
                                   it won't happen again.'

As I am, I growl with hunger
As I lust, my musk malodorous
I do, as though the thunder
Confess my will shall so oppress

It’s a drive my eyes are fixed upon
The scampering of the lemmings
My fangs blood and phlegm do don
No intelligence worth condemning

It is life for which I fight
The ***** becomes my prowling
My need to breed a might
Her moon begins my howling

I claw my way through darkness
Scavenging morsels to find
Eyes that perceive a bark lest
Be indicative of my kind
