"chunky" poems
That workaholic lady who's always on call, keeping up with the market fall. That newly married lady with chunky red bangles, returning to her father's big castles. That person who's scared to get lapse, so stays active on the google maps. That person who swings like a kid at the back door, Or the one who perform calisthenics on an empty floor. That next door girl with a red lipstick, flicking her shinny hair & gossiping with her clique, That dreamer gazing outside the window, That overworked soul dozing on his elbow. That 21st century kid, listening to Eminem & playing video games. Or That 90’s kid, listening to Jenga Boys & playing outdoor games. That banker with a big fat stomach, filled with his beautiful wife’s love. That lady who eats like a thief, in her big fat bag hiding a beef. That old man who can’t stand Bombay's winding turns. That granny spotting & criticing  every fashion trends. That man who has Raju Rastogi’s concerns, thinking & chanting for earns & returns. Those kids who believe their job is to fill the voids in a battlefield, in the still crowd surpassing like electrons into a magnetic field. That lady sitting under cold seat like a glacial, than standing with 7kgs in a crowded central, & tryna stay sane listening to George Michael. That geek who switchs from Linkedin to Arjun Reddy, when the masses flee into the scenery. That trader crunching numbers so rapidly, when the stock prices go down hourly. That person on the last seat, diagressing from work & gazing around, soaking in her pashmina, with a career newfound.

large, and in charge as I'd like to put it. chunky, pudgy, fat, plump however you'd like to say it, however it is none of your **** business. I am not a number on a scale or a mile that I haven't run I am not the size of my waist or the "excuses" that have lead me to "let myself go" But I, am human. Say what you will but I love myself. blonde hair, blue eyes a sense of humor that can't me measured with something so feeble as  measuring tape. A love of life that will not be put to rest just because I may need to take a rest every so often. How do you measure happiness? not on a scale or with inches pounds or calories that seem to sneak up on you in the middle of the night and make your pants a bit too snug we judge people for judging people because judging people is wrong we blame society for our corrupt nature, but we are society.

Snow Mountain I walk alone these darkened hills, can see my breath and getting chills. My party left me long ago, they didn't like my altered ego. Snow blowing in my face, they said they needed space. Feet and hands becoming numb, never have I felt so **** dumb. Found a cave and there they were, me freezing, them wearing fur. Never has a fire felt so good, not sure where they got the wood. Then I noticed a very distinct odor, they were burning our guide, Schroeder. On the cave wall, I see four more dead, eating the brains from their very head. I yelled, What the **** are you doing, couldn't believe what I was viewing. They said, Shut up or you're next, I got on my knees and paid my last respects. Spinning the body just like a pig roast, I'd be happy with just a bite of toast. As I watched them eat the bodies, if I had a camera, I'd make copies. Days went by and I got hungry, the human body tastes so chunky. Finally something that didn't taste like chicken, my body was getting stronger and beginning to thicken. We never did get discovered, ended up in hell, getting eaten by an evil buzzard.

Oh my little piece of poo, How much that I do cherish you. A texture like that of sticky clay. With an aromatic, stiff bouquet. I can roll you into little ***** And stick you to the bathroom walls. I can shape you any way I want. And get some more with a little grunt. If I want you a little runny, I use prunes to fill my tummy. "Add some color." did you say? I'll just eat corn and peanuts. Yay! Want some green, some red, some blue? A box of fruitloops, that'll do! If I want you a little lumpy, I'll eat raw carrots, their kinda chunky! Playdough can't come out of my **** And I can't make playdough with my gut. Most people flush you far away. But I recycle! With you I'll play! So here's to you, my piece of poo. Thank you so much for just being you!

On a summer morning, Monkey had awoken early, His eyes all sleepy, And his hair wildly curly. Swoosh, He opened the door, He had to use his mouth, Because his tail was way too sore. Slam, Monkey shut the door behind him, His friend Panda, Was called hungry, hungry Jim. Monkey was off to work, His tail dragging on the floor, He was sure to be back in time, To feed his family of four. Although monkey was guilty, He missed work twice, Monkey was confidently sure, His boss would be all nice. Monkey had walked to the glass, It said no dogs allowed, For sure he was a monkey, He walked in and proudly bowed. His boss said he had to leave, For he was not a monkey, But monkey had explained, He was very chunky. The boss escorted his out, Angry as could be, For sure he was a monkey, Can’t his work boss see? He decided to go food shopping, At the nearest grocery store, He wanted to get home quickly, So his family wouldn’t be that poor. Monkey walked to the grocery store, His feet were aching, It was 10 miles away, This was a big risk that he was taking. Monkey got there very fast, Quick as in running, It said only monkeys allowed, Wow that sign was stunning! Monkey had barged in, All the monkeys were looking at him, He was told to get out, So then he visited his old friend, Hungry, hungry Jim. When monkey had arrived, Jim had told him he was a dog, So Monkey left ashamed, In the new deep fog. Monkey had decided to go home, And Comfort his 3 young ones, He’d see his wife, Oh, he loved them all a ton. Hungry, Hungry Jim smiled, As if he was really, really bad, He decided not to eat him today, He saw him so sad. Monkey’s house Was just around the corner, It was a pretty color white, But most of the time, There was not much light. He had opened his house door, So lonely and ashamed, He was a monkey, He had claimed. Monkey flickered on the light, Nobody was there, His wife and kids left him a note, “You are a dog, we could not bear”. Monkey was so depressed now, He walked to hungry, hungry Jim’s house He had tiptoed in, And was as quiet as a mouse. Jim had caught him, And asked why he was not home, Monkey had explained, His house is just a comb. Monkey said his family had left him, Because he was a dog, They think I don’t belong, And am just a plain old hog. All of a sudden, The panda ate him whole, And the only thing that was left, Was his sad little soul.

Caring
Some people say I'm wide on the hips and my face is thick, but I think I'm healthy and magnificent . Some people say that the girl is chunky and bulky, but she believes that she's pretty and very funny. Some people say that this boy gained more weight and needs to be back in shape, but this boy doesn't care what they say because he likes being this way. Some people today, hates the word 'fat,' but here's a fact. If you think you're fat then replace the 'F' to a 'PH.' Your not fat, unless you mean that. Therefore believe in yourself by knowing you're Phat.

Winter snow, crispy leaves in fall It's you it's him but none are my business Love , hate and remorse Weeks, months and years Irretrievable moments we own The syllables in my throat The words dangling by my lips Wind of fall, twirling leaves The thoughts dancing as we stroll down the road Spring blossom, lingering cold and chunky coat Remnant snow, rosy glow and kids on the Mall You are my most ridiculous romance Love, hate and remorse .

You're my most ridiculous romance
three sets of withered, wrinkly hands with chipped tired pale-pink nailpolish flutter in the air, describing. three froofy perms one browny-gray one white one salt and pepper bob jutting forward, one wobbles a little. Grandma wears a green-foam party hat with a thin, white elastic band that runs under her wrinkled chin it sits atop her fuzzy perm comically... she smiles at me. "Ah! my cappuccino! you remembered i like it, didn't you?" she chucks her great-granddaughter under the chin, grins "oohh! look at these gardening gloves! Cidi! look at these gloves! i like the green ones." she hands them to her white-haired sister aunt cidi told me this year she is ninety-one oh, and the gloves were really blue. aunt cidi misses uncle harland he was buried three or four years ago in his uniform i remember sitting next to him at awkward family reunions eating hotdogs i never saw so much mustard in my life he could never hear me when i tried to talk to him but he smiled anyway. the talk turns serious suddenly over our black coffee crossed legs sweaters and chocolate cake grandma turns grim in her lime-green party hat "did you end up killing that trumpet vine in your yard, Jeanie?" aunt jeanie's head wobbles a bit she squints wrinkles her nose "i TRIED to!" she scowls. schemes of ****** plotted by three chunky-earringed sweet old ladies who are a little late for the 1940's but never too late for a handsome soldier "we're older..." says aunt jeanie "but not THAT old!" they all giggle.

A simple bottle, Cheap chunky plastic, Designer garbage. Empty of its liquid energy. Glossy label parrying the flash, Glaring retrieval of light. Sickly bold orange cap, Impudently tight, Defending the blanched carpet below. Moment of fragility, Suspended on the humid waves of air, Eternity in an insubstantial moment. It wafts away from his fingers, Plastic given wings, Fixed by his steely eyes, A forced arc, Stretching to the ceiling. Focused intensity. An infinite gap looms Instants before the catch. He didn’t notice the stray, A camera pointed his way, Capturing this moment, Making it magical. Clarity is threatened by obscurity, People pressing in, Bending the frame. Time is lost, Too much wasted on boredom, And playing catch with yourself. Spine lax, body slumped. Interruptions and distractions surround. His face vivid in the mix, Lost in the wash of faces, So much like his, Flushed by the same blood. His unwavering gaze Holds the emptiness in shackles. Second of silence in the crushing sound, Relentless muttering rumble, The voices of family, So constantly buzzing. Jumbled tumbling voices. A peanut gallery seeking constant attention. The camera congeals the moment, Silencing the mass. In the absence the bottle and the boy Infinitely alone, Endlessly still.

Nothing I do is good enough for you I hate myself Wipe the table clean with tears and tissue All I am is deficit to you My worthlessness Another mouth to feed We are each over-expectant Hoping for the incredible Imagining more than what we’re served Denying reality Each destroyers Of our own dreams The moral compass Keeps teetering towards disaster Not-so-distant past lingers I want to go back to my own people But my own people don’t exist anymore Except in cartoon version Everything is collapsing fast Nothing is gradual When did the present Overstay its welcome? I am desolate dictator Of empty room What do you do with your scabs? Not the little flakey ones I mean the big chunky crusty ones? I throw them in pan and sauté them With olive oil, onion salt, a little pablano pepper Serve them to myself and ghost dog

Oho, how I love red nails They mark a promiscuous woman A lady of stature Someone is trying to make a statement But she is far too into her looks They're so glossy! As if they weren't in your face enough already I just love the compliments though So many! Forget my brown eyes Or chameleon skin that is white in the winter And bronze in the summer Never mind those chunky thighs Nice and thick Thick is in these days But the thigh rub It makes a rash as bright as my nails Which are perfect for a girl who talks with her hands You just can't look away You judge in the morning and indulge in the night You try But my red nails are red So they hide the dried blood underneath

Coffee Heath Bar Crunch Will sabotage those taste buds, Like Dublin and its Mudslides. So blast off with that, Fossil Fuel, And don’t let me Catch you. ‘Cause I’ll keep you, My Maple Blondie. I’ll capture you, And hold onto, Those Cinnamon Buns. You’re the Crème Brulee, Of Chocolate Macadamia, And the Cherry Garcia, In my every breath. You’re the Chunky Monkey, To this Chubby Hubby; The Dulce Delish, for this Americone Dream. Can’t you see I’ve just got, A sweet tooth for you, And your Phish Food? Your Chocolate hair, Key Lime Pie eyes, Strawberry Cheesecake lips, And your skin is a delight, Much like Vanilla Caramel Fudge. Did Ben and Jerry create you? Please tell me they did! So I can eat you, With my cup of Boston Cream Pie, And I’d eat you all up, Well, Everything but the… Half Baked, Karmel Sutra, Which I’d lick, Like a cone of Cake Batter, And then dip into, Like Cookies and Milk. Imagine Whirled Peace, On top of this Mudpie, And then Split, Like a Banana. That’s the kind of Brownie Batter, I’d stir with you, And then add a scoop, Or two, Of Turtle Soup. And you would yell, PISTACHIO PISTACHIO! Where for art thou pistachio? And with a bowl of Peach Cobbler, And a spoon of Vanilla, I’d look at you, wink, and offer you a pint, of my Mint Chocolate Chunk.

Sweet Tooth
You just keep on carving back my smiles, elastic vowels you blanket me in, drowning me, again, with smoke from your belly. Gargle all the chunky bits that remain in this blended relationship. Strain them out through the cheesecloth which splits apart, like the split between your legs The split of an insect’s back when it bends, arches, reaches too far. And I’m sick of that bird-shit-yellow oozing out from that crack there; held in your scarecrow arms. I don’t want to be your headache in this migraine *******

You Have Made Us a *****
As their son, I'm acutely aware that my parents fear me. They're afraid because I'm everything they raised me to be. They're afraid because I'm everything they raised me not to be. I'm the product of a failed attempt at suburban life, a mixture of the 80s punk-rock ***** and a scrappy ******** ******* almost perfectly blended like chunky peanut butter. They're afraid because I have my mother's "Devil-May-Care" attitude and my dad's endless charm. I made a Pick and Mix candy bag of their traits until I created a boy who is everything they fear. The fear what I stand for, and the reactions I invoke in other people, and the looks I get in public. They fear my body, surgically altered until it's not the child they created, but the creature I did.

My Parents are Afraid of Me
Hair stands upon jolted skin folds. You never could eat a salad. You look pregnant with a fat pig! Large enough to eclipse the sun! Large enough to cause nuclear winter for everyone! Grass ceases to grow with every step that you take! The earth weighs a percent more whenever you ingest! Your rolls could warm the Eskimos! An orchestra of clapping flesh fills the room with every movement you make! You don't seem to care about the people you run over when rolling in the street. You say it is their fault for getting in the way. They all look like Indiana Jones trying to outrun a boulder. Too many happy meals can make a lot of people unhappy. Man sized pancakes dot the side walks that we all used to tread. Skinny people no longer exist, they are all dead. You mistook them for French fries. You are just as imperfect as me, So who are you to point a chunky finger. You think you are so big behind that screen. Lecturing me about body standards when you look like you washed up on the beach this morning. Stop crushing your high horse and come down just a little bit. Time for you to get a serving of your own medicine. Gape those ears wide and give a listen: I don't live to look good for some fat *** greasy, disgusting pig on the internet, jerking off to ********** **** while his mother makes microwave pizzas upstairs! So jam that finger up you ***

I'm a little funny looking I must confess, all chunky boxy & truck-like with 2 big old horns that look quite deadly but really we just use them for show mostly, oh & digging around in termite hills, I do hear though that you humans really cherish them for folk cures & help with your ***** & such, you know important scientific stuff, but then again we can make a fearsome fearsome charge at a land-rover full of folks all with their cameras & such, at least we used to till we became fucken extinct!
