I’m missing you like the drought misses rain
A drug that keeps feeding me this bittersweet pain
It lives in my soul, draining me of joy
What once was beautiful has now been destroyed

I’m missing you like the snow misses sun
Where light had once flourished, now there’s just none
A darkness that drowns me in melancholy and sorrow
I was such a fool for giving you my heart to borrow

I’m missing you like the night misses day
But no matter what happens, it’ll always find a way
The world will keep turning; the sun will shine again
A cycle for a billion years, I’ll miss you even then

But this has all been a daydream of strayed and mindless thoughts
I’m reminiscing like a fool, while you’ve probably forgot
Do you even miss me? Do I even want to know?
It wouldn’t be as painful as having to see you go

And I’ll still be missing you like a beautiful sin
With the guilt inside of me where my heart had once been
You never returned it, don’t know where it might be now
Perhaps destroyed or buried, I’ll love you anyhow
Wrote this on February the 13th of this year. That was a year and two months since I had seen you last.

Unforgettable, that's what you are,
Unforgettable, do you want to hire a car..
That's why darling, you need a Audi,
Keep it simple and say it proudly...

**Are you paying too much, for your car insurance?

I caught you staring
at me,
you looked away,
and pulled
your sly
little smile.

I've been warned,
from the very first day,
to stay away.

But like our first
impression,
you're hard to forget.

You caught me staring
at you,
and i didn't look away.

You have my attention,
a forbidden engagement.
Why do we like the baddest people?

Remember the first good day we spent?
The sea washed out the sand at our feet,
The city lights twinkled like the stars above.
Only, these were the stars we could touch.
It was the first I'd seen of your carefree laugh;
I told myself then, I haven't seen it enough.
I still haven't had enough of it...

She said, 'The city lights are the stars,
They twinkle in the shrouded night.
I have been waiting for someone
To help me reach for the light.'

It's like I'm in a dream...
Were we together in our past lives?
I was holding this torch forever,
In the darkness, I could only burn bright,
For my neverending love, to seek the forgotten light;
To reunite, and spark into flames together,
Like the Sun, warming, *burning,
with it's light;
And I finally found you, through all those blackest nights.

He said, 'If this was meant to be,
I will die over & over again to be in different eras with you.
*To live forever despite living various lives,
To live in the end and die in the beginning!'

He has the face of an outmoded brick wall.

She never wears her heart on her sleeve.

He watches the world through
The eyes of a sailor
Anticipating for the storm
And always remaining anxious in the calm waters waiting for the waves.

She listens to what you say
Like the critic to your own novel.
Holding onto each word
And waiting for the slight chance
That you might go back on what you once believed.

He tastes what's around him in small portions.
Because if he ever got the opportunity to taste something so beautiful and unforgettable, his heart would be like pieces of sand on the floor in its absence.

She holds her nose in the smell of trouble as if hypocritical presnece is toxic.
Her lungs will fill up with the lies and ***** secrets of the world and turn them into tar.
She knows once she get that one sniff, she won't ever breathe the same again.

These are the Stone Poets.
The ones who have their eyes on everything.
From the way we blink to the techniques we use to tie our shoelaces, they have got our words and actions down to a personal science.

The Stone Poets are the poets that have to most heart in the words that they say, but you would never guess it was them if you somehow got the enchanting opportunity to look them in the eye.

At twenty one thirty ,
and far away,
she made up her mind
and couldn't stay.

Her pain was too much,
for her to bear.
I tried to reach out,
but she didn't care.

At just seventeen,
she had been through hell,
Could not escape
her molested cell.

Nowhere to go,
seeing darkness around,
No escape for this girl,
only hell bound.

I begged her to stay,
she said go away,
Why do you care?
I bowed down to pray.

She grab the blade,
going deeper every time,
Slashed her wrist,
I cried and I cried.

A thousand miles away,
I am now in somber.
Why did you leave me?
I will always remember.
It is 2:13 AM.  I am up thinking, dreaming –
Yet still awake.
My dreams are my reality.
My imagination keeps me awake.
Brain is flooding with creativity,
Yearning to pour out –
A w a k e.

My dreams are my reality
Mind filled with blissful negativity – awake.
Dreaming of unorthodox fantasies.
Eyes wide open but mind floating in another realm – awake.

Blood flowing
Fingers throbbing
Pulse pumping
Heart skipping
A l i v e.

I fall, I fail but I still strive.
My mind aligned
With stars and planets – unconfined.
Letting go, trying to find
The mysteries of
L i f e.

Are these mysteries meant to be discovered
Are they meant to be uncovered?
Everyone hovers
Till the day reality is
R e v e a l e d.

See, the world we live in
It’s a mere mirage created by oneself.
Lies created to hinder discovery.
Truth buried
Deep, deep down under
Not meant to be
U n c o v e r e d.

The beauty of life that it’s m a j e s t i c
Life blown into our bodies
Temporare - ily
Until the time for departure
A r r i v e s.

We attempt to leave legacies
To be looked upon in history
To be unforgettably
I n c r e d i b l e

To live forever

Forgetting o b l i v i o n is inevitable.

When the summer comes
Hold me close.
Even as it passes,
Don't let me go.

Cherish me like
A divine rhythm.
Don't let me cry
With pain, and wither.

Watch with me
The golden rays,
Setting into the sea
And building faith.

And when it rains,
Dance with me.
Don't leave me in despair,
Make me shine and gleam.

Treat me like
A delicate feather.
Don't tell me lies
Clad in leather.

Feel with me
The icy breeze,
Ruffling sheets
Where ends would meet.

Under the clouds
Of winter snow,
Don't talk loud,
Just whisper low.

Speak to me
In a silent tone,
Make me feel
Like where you are is home.

Hold my hand,
Let's build a castle.
An enchanting land-
Not a single battle.

As frozen trees
Melt into smiles,
Make this heart feel
Like it's worthwhile.

As a pretty bud
Blossoms into a flower,
Have me stunned,
Don't let me falter.

These are things
I meant when I said to you,
Yet you wanted to win
So you left me strewn.

When the summer came,
You held me close.
But just as it passed,
You let me go.

slowly forget you
life without you
your stuff
your voice
your laugh
your eyes
your touch
almost all gone
almost forgotten
almost

always sticks to me
still hurts me
my tongue
my nose
my mind
my soul
my heart
never leaving
never be forgotten
never

always burns in me
still leaving scars
your fragrance
your flavor
your smell
your perfume
your scent
unforgettable fire
unforgettable glow
unforgettable
