That moment where you stop feeling Everything,
Songs are just words,
Music is just sound,
you just listen without feeling it,
and it no more syncs with your heartbeats.
That point in life when you are numb.

Never I was asked,
"What do you see on closed eyes?"

On closed eyes
I see you
Everywhere
As the wave of hope
Stirring the soul
One of a kind
That I know
Constant

I would have said

I've sung with a siren,
And I learned that day,
The sea is as heavy,
and cold as the bay,
With wonders come many,
Those lost out at sea,
They don't know the troubles,
They think that they're free,
Till trouble comes singing,
They cheer and they shout,
"We've become great men with true freedom, no doubt",
From cheering to crying, now tranced and at ease,
They come in lured by the song, covered in peace,
They fall into waters, their ship is destroyed,
Restrained to no freedom, the sea will devoid,
Make feasts before sirens, assuming their might,
If only they were humble, they'd be alright,
Now left with the cold blue sea, gone by the night,
The more you control,
Then the weaker your sight.

My scales hold my Journey,
My glory and pain,
My love's an eternity,
All men, it tames,
Of all of the poetry,
These words are true,
Sung hypnotically to fully trance you,
As hungry as humans,
A thirst like Lampreys,
I'll gobble you whole,
Mist the path, come my way,
A siren has wishes,
That always come true,
A sea full of missions,
Some vast and as blue.

His heart beat in two
And mine was in three
Our cadence was always just off
But I switched to a two
One bright afternoon
When I missed a beat trying to cough

The first two lines are an introduction and then there are individual poems down each note, together they form one bigger picture. I know the notes are wonky but I think it gives the poem an unconfined feeling, flowing like music.
Hope you enjoyed :)
Much easier than the other shape poetry I’ve posted before and a lot less stressful.
Once again feel free to comment or dm me links to shape poetry that you’ve tried out.
Hope you enjoyed :)

I remember,
A precious hours, minutes and seconds
I remember,
A tender talk

Since the day
I first saw you
I feel reflection of my mom
Silent, kind and sensible

The same day,
I wished for togetherness.

does my bipolarity
strange-sounding word

does it affect my poetry?

sometimes my poems
are
a bit absurd

one up and cheery
next solemn and dreary
one bouncy and bubbly
another quite ugly

That's just who I am
I'm up, then I'm down
can't help what I'm feeling
can't help a melt down

but I get back on track
a new day
a smile and sunshine
can bring me back

though on meds
to keep me in tow
I still have highs
I still have lows

we all do, I think
sometimes we're not the best "us"

sometimes we're just out of sync
...or maybe the other way round
the world's out of sync
with us
