Oh no,
look how long I've waited.

I am minutes,
hours,
days,
months,
away from being a person who must fend for herself.

I'm not ready,
emotionally or mentally.

I like wild wings in bed,
in my pajamas.
I like scraping up cash for *****,
that will make me drunk,
and do questionable things.
I love not caring what other adults think of me,
they have all been electrocuted of their personality anyway.

I like being able to fail knowing,
others do it too.

But not as an adult.
No more fails,
and no more bed wings.

No more me.
Being an adult is a pain in the *** and I really truly want nothing to do with anything.

I apologize,
for I am broken
and for all the things
I've left unspoken.
I criticize
myself, every time
you're around
for within myself I looked and reasoned
and there is not a cause to be found.
I am tainted
by my past renditions
left me in this strange condition
for more- is never enough,
but away these marred feelings I tuck.
But, it's okay
I swear I'm fine
I'm just losing myself in my mind
she calls me through sleep and time
to whisper horror stories late at night.
Lady Dressed in black,
disintegrating yet still whole
crying, as I sputter
shovelling dark, demonic coal.
Into the fire, she burns,
down beneath, revealing
something I never wanted to see
but she showed it to me anyway.
Held my hair and made me stay,
made me touch, made me play
made me say I like it
I swear I like it
I do.
it's really hard to describe
exactly what I've been through.
I've recited it enough in my mind,
I'd like to explain it to you.

I'd like to believe I could
if you were to ever bring it up.

but whenever I try to talk about it
the words always get stuck.
Does anyone have an experience similar?

Maybe we're growing up and I have yet to realize-
That peanut butter and jelly sandwiches won't be your favorite food forever and that sometimes whiskey tastes better than a lemonade.
But I will still love
As madly and as carelessly
As blowing dandelions into the summer breeze,
while exchanging kisses beneath the hot sun.

"Glide"

Eagle flying up above
wings of majesty
Floating high up in the sky
a dream   of mind

Glide up in the atmosphere
without a downward glance
No need for a such a tiny bit
of you   and me

An eagle being what it is
flying fast for love
An eagle in the sky is free
being   what it is

I heard a story long ago
a distant melody
All thoughts and thinking but a dream
vacant to and fro

Now i know there's nothing new
the here and time is free
i give up all i ever want
for eagle majesty
inspired by Ozzy Osbourne's Dreamer

It's snowing
Shrugging, I turn away
It hurts
I remember you when I see snow
I cried

No focus
My mind feels like the world
Sentenced to death
No hope
No progress

I laugh coldly
It hurts
At least I can smile now
If the blood dries it'll hurt again
Oh well

**** happens right?

Dear Whoever You're Really
Like
(Not That You Aren't Yourself Of
Course),

Do you ever worry that
what if someone thinks
you only got where
you've got (so far)
because
of the timing chances
made in starlight making
easier orbits to you like a
tilted pinball and then call it
cheating.....   .............
............as if....they
..never shook. ........
.............. ..well,
I would and I'm not
even middle upper class,
I mean I wasn't brought up
like that tell me did you want-
did you ever meet those
vaunted tabloid energy
keepers and wasters
is that why you were
self-styled
like that when
you started and
did you ever
see the film
Strawberries
with Ingrid
because I
think you
might
like
it
and i
want to
say thank
you for liking
Mr. O'Hara. i bought
one of his poem collections
with my little tip money from
Sunday in the markets selling good
produce. Bought it in a bookstore with
The owner a nice old lady bearing years;
knitted prints on her black bordered tartan;
Your passion made me think to tell
her i liked that faded **** on her
really i did
she called
me dearie
anyways

the guy could've been a pal but I don't know if my framed support kept chance.
Would it have been able to burn brightly or varied enough for as long as he did?
Maybe that's a good thing a good thing indeed not knowing. Are you wanting to do
that? Not "not knowing" but to give beams like raising barns. Final query but its rhetorical.
After all:
What does the world ask of stars but to shine a little night?

Sincerely,
Whoever I Am

Silken silver strings strung
Around the vessels in the brine
Intertwine , holding my hand
A battalion stranded

Tiny little droplets drip
They trip over the cracks
In the wood, the oaken deck
Into the seafoam it lands

The algae clad the bones
In tone of green, hues of blue
The barren remains of the crew

In the silver silken sand strung with string on a stranded vessel

"**** is that her trying to comfort you?"
No, that's her actually noticing that it ***** and doing something
You didn't answer it even when I pointed at it subtly
I bet you were just laughing

Jealousy fills you again
At this point I've given up
I don't know what to say
I don't want to say; you're the only friend that matters and yeah what the hell was she thinking?

She cares and I know she does
She shows it not through a lot of talking or jokes
She shows through small things that show me she notices them

You said you'd keep it away from me
Yet here we are again
You're pushing it onto me

Must be **** that I saw it before you deleted the text saying that
I won't address it
I'm not making that mistake again

What matters
Is that you realized
You shouldn't have sent that text in the first place
**** happens and I won't play nice and dumb anymore
