To my nose she was a stick of incense.
Filling me whole, her eyes.
The ashes fell,
Spacing her walk.
With smoke closely trailing.
The sun quickly set.
There's no where in the world I'd rather be.
An empty room filled by you.
A hint of spice mixed with something sweet.
The steadiness of warmth no matter day or night.
To relax and fall into deep sleep.
The smoke dancing through my dreams
In wait to be lit again

Tis rainy today
But I'm inside with my dogs
where we are all warm

Dean and our children
have gone for a little *****
Spending time with smiles

I'm wrapped in a blanket
My doggies sleeping next to
me dreaming sweetly

I've just watched a film
It was a great film to watch
And I ate some crisps

My lovely sons girlfriend
bought me and Dean an Easter
egg and it looks yums

The rain is falling
Twinking down Chalet pane
The sky is all grey

I saw a raven
Wow it was a massive bird
Sitting on tin roof

O the grass is so
beautifully green with daisies
blooming everywhere

And even though it's
raining outside , today is
still a lovely day

cause the flowers are
growing and so are the trees
And the windows sing
:)
Happy Easter **

--::--
Like ashes from a burning sea
Her sandy beaches lay
Shored upon the land it coats
From forceful ocean wave
--::--
And as the tide draw up at dusk
The beach is coaxed within
Until tomorrow she must hide
Til tide retreats again

My moon drips silver;
Gliding from its craters, flown
Across galaxies

Alien beings
Stare at its state; leaking a
Peak at what it is

But the moon's just the
Moon to us; nothing more than
A dab to the sky

How I wonder the
Way y'all see it tonight; can
You find the beauty?*

~Or is it just the moon?~
I feel sometimes I underappreciated things I never really seem to think are so incredible...
All feedback is welcome :)

In a quiet mood
I can hear the cars outside
And my dogs snoring
:)

Lying on ones side
The moon gave me a big smile
So I smiled back
It does look like a smile :-)
Inspired from seeing quarter moon a few weeks ago whilst driving home from work :)

The frogs croak and
the wind whips by.
It is a nice summer evening to spend
with you.
Sometimes we drive and
we do not go anywhere,
like the rest of the tired people-
running, running, running.

But for now the crickets chirp and
the music on the radio is quiet.
A white noise that is safe
to lose yourself in.
We are together,
in this moment,
and life has spared us time to
experience the universe,
and the wonder of being alive.

You weave your fingers through mine,
and while we do not slot together
quite like puzzle pieces,
it is comfortable.

For this pocket of time,
I have one hand interlaced with yours,
and my other hand steering the both of us
gently away from our worries.

for this pocket of time,
we simply exist.
life is too busy. We need to remind ourselves to run away to big highways surrounded by wheatfields sometimes.
What I Feel Sep 2017
I watch the raindrops dance again,
out here in gentle quietness.
They wash away my salty tears
and offer me forgiveness.
I dance with them barefoot among
the falling leaves of Autumn's kiss,
each raindrop leaving trails upon
my skin, so tracing rays of bliss.
They patter on the gasping ground,
their healing sings a soothing rush.
As evening falls, their lullaby
brings soft a tender hush.
