We meet like fire and water, bursting into steam
swinging round each other, splitting at the seams
our slowly growing entropy, sees darkness before death
the energy, no sympathy, clutches its last breath.

You fall into my watering eyes,
through dance we somehow stabilise,
the swell between the crashes of the ocean,
the moments underneath the motion.

The stable explosion.
This is how it feels when I see my Fiance.

She lives in Malaysia, I live in the UK, we see each other for about a month every 6 months.

You belong with someone
Who is built of stronger things
A heart that isn’t crushed
By the sad melodies it sings
But I am made of brittle bones
Of sinew torn and muscles weak
Of a mind that always fails to find
The words that I should speak

My shoulders will not bear the weight
Of your sorrows and mine
Without adding new fractures
To my already splintering spine
Your hands deserve to hold a heart
That warms you at your core
But holding mine will only leave you
Colder than before.

Cinderella had her slipper, which was made of glass.
Something so small, yet, so delicate.

And I, much like Cinderella, have something made of glass.
Something so small, yet, oh so delicate.

It’s my heart.

And I think the clock just struck Midnight.
But only one of us can get our happily-ever-after.

And here’s a spoiler:

*It’s the broad with the wacky footwear.
Tick tock.

Love will remember.

When it's permanently etched into the veins
of the leaves,
barely clinging onto the branches of the trees,
waving not goodbye,
but until next time.

When it's nestled into the u-shaped symbol
our mouths make when we feel something
so tremendously warm,
that we cannot contain it anymore.

When it's powdered in the snow by our footprints,
keeping our bodies from floating away,
no fear.

When our cold breaths catch in our throats
as the words are frozen,
replaced by the sounds of our rhythmic heart
beats,
loud enough to replace our need to ******* scream
our feelings.

Cold bodies, warm hearts.

lying for freedom
is it acceptable to walk
my bare feet across the floor
is it acceptable to walk
my bare self up to you?

my pathetic mortality
etched into every groove of
my delicately built body
opiates dance around
my mind
take take take
choose your ****** I choose bare hands
on chests and
violin strings

Something un-discernable
just beyond my mind’s eye

a feeling I can’t quite place

meanders, ethereal as
early morning mist
swirling through woods

delicate as ink on
ancient parchment
written with reed
by a chinese monk

beautiful in the way
only sadness
can be
Trust is too big to
be
delicate,but it just is.

Its hard to attain,
And
Not easy to maintain.

Trust is too big to
be
delicate,but it just is.
May even take years to build and just a second to crumble.
Its deep.
But let's trust reasonably.

one by one,
standing over soggy soil,
she plucked the delicacies
from their uprooted habitat;
the flower;
also, the soul
alleviated, you’d think
from its heavy petals;
duties of
innocence; image.

losing yourself is simple;
easy.
she knows this all too well.
the flower is her soul;
also, her surrogate
just as she once was
to a man,
the only difference being that
there was no soft ground
to break her multiple falls that
followed a slow spiral from
the light
of her flower-like innocence.

you are not delicate.
when your flesh bruises, when your bones break, when your head aches, when your lover leaves, you will carry on.
there is a reason tears do not burn skin.
your muscles were made to lift your heavy heart and leaden legs.
you were made to carry on.

so when he says "i don't love you anymore," your bones will not allow you to collapse, your muscles will carry you forward. there is a reason your eyes are in the front of your head. don't look back.

you will not break.
you are not a cheap manufactured toy.
you are an exquisite human being hand-crafted by the likes of god,
heavy bones and bundled muscle
you are made of blood, sweat, and tears and you are resilient.

your heart strings are made of solid steel and though you may not have an iron grip, you learn to catch the curveballs. i promise

i know that your past sits on your shoulders, i promise that you were made to bear its weight.

so no, you will not break.
you are not delicate. you are strong, you are beautiful, you are unique.
you will not break.
you will endure

I live to see you look at me like I'm the most beautiful creature you've ever laid eyes on.
You brush my hair behind my ear gently and run your fingers along my cheek.
"You have the most beautiful ears.
Ears are such a strange thing to love about a person, but I do love them.
I love your ears. Little, delicate pixie ears.
My tiny manic pixie dream girl."
I live to hear that I'm yours.
I live to hear you say anything really
