I looked down as I flew
Across the midnight sky
My winged being, a silhouette
As I longingly cast my gaze
To heavenly paradise.

I looked down as I flew
Looked into the waters of the Styx
The face that stared back at me
Was one I did not reminisce.

I was once God’s favourite
With wisdom far greater than the depths of the oceans
A prince of beauty among the angels
A harbinger to the end of evil.

Alas! Ambition struck my untainted heart
Greed overtook my common sense
I wanted to play God
But Brother Michael’s sword had its revenge.

He cast me out of my own home
Which was more
Than I could withstand.
Now charged with
Collecting the souls of the ******
With a whip in hand
I was left me to lick my wounds in hell
Surrounded by rotten minds
And rotten hearts on the death knell

You spited me for my actions
that I did without realisation.
You committed the same sins
With a clear mind.

Condemned for my distance,
forced to tear down my walls
only for yours to tower
and push me further away.

Our actions were one of the same,
our mistakes almost identical
The only difference was I loved you
and all you could love was yourself...

I wish you the best,
for my heart holds your image pure
but my mind knows the truth
Watch me push away my logic and let you in

i‘ll be ****** if i have to go through that again
the happiness followed by misery
the smiles followed by silent tears
the paradise with you followed by the hell without you
i‘ll be ****** if i have to go through that again

By playing hatred for attention
the ones who need it are ignored.
Drip
           Drip
                        Drip
                         Shaking, fidgeting
                                          tape around cotton *****
red seeping through my shirt sleeve
They're going to see what I did
What I've become
What I always was inside.
It's no one's fault but my own
.     .     .
But they don't give a ****.

Every work of heart is each a piece of art
Be it poems, sculptures, music or drafts
Each are beautiful and marvolous krafts
Novels that remain throughout their age
Perfect art upon every page
Paintings with stories not written in word
And songs that bless all who heard
Man may say and do the worst
With hateful crimes and words accursed
But while we bring the world to its end
At least we have a heart to descend
what do you call this?

this ******* void, this deep hole
dug up by us both in each other
i know you feel this too
we share this now, as we shared all else

my phone plays your favorite song
as i'm out for a run

cars on the road start moving faster and i'm thinking
if the hit would hurt less if i close my eyes

****** by this absence of you

this isn't love,
this is the feeling you get
after it leaves.

For each judges according to their truth;
And, accordingly, every truth affords a judgement.

The title attributed to Arthur Wellesley, 1st Duke of Wellington. A catchcry of freedom of speech advocates the world over.

‘My Lord Duke, in Harriette Wilson's Memoirs, which I am about to publish, are various anecdotes of Your Grace which it would be most desirable to withhold, at least such is my opinion. I have stopped the Press for the moment, but as the publication will take place next week, little delay can necessarily take place.’
- John Joseph Stockdale
It's too late now
You had your chance
You denied me thrice
Now watch your world collapse
My words are wasted on you
You are beyond help
Gutter of the universe
Be ******
You don't listen
