Even Doc Holliday had one friend
I don't even have one someone who'd pretend
Or one that's pretend
Maybe it's my fault, I am noticing a common thread
But what do I even matter, what does it even matter in the end?

Anyone that's ever said cash doesn't equate to fun has never had none
They've never had to wonder where their next meals gonna come from
Never been one wrong move away from watching your life become an undesirable one
Never seen a bright future as an attainable one
I'm sure we've all shared a park bench at some point with someone
But has it ever been overnight, shivering, posted up with a veteran ***?
Never been an unsung hero, never feasted on a moldy bun
Never had to decide whether to pay some of this bill or a little bit of that one
Never had a car run on hope and fumes, never relied solely on your heat to come from the sun
Can't see the glass half full or half empty, a waterless situation
Never looked at a gun and thought it the best possible outcome
No option but to literally try to out run your problem
But you can't cause you wanted to stay "grounded" so you cut every tendon
So much tension, it's got ya looking at the knife again thinkin' it could relieve some
Never laied at your lowest point to weak to get up and been looked down on
It's a sad truth how unbelievably common it is to stumble upon...
This, but ignorance is bliss so no action to fix the problem is taken
You might have been one of these people had you walked in a different shoe when it all begun

NOVEMBER 5, 2016 / - a note to my future

The old man said

I have persevered

The new man waited

The old man said

Through long years of toil

And sweat rivers of ****** tears

For what

I got

Ye got that

The new man waited

Ye got that

The new man nodded

Perseverance that’s what

Jesus said

I needed

And I got it

By God and

I ain’t quittin’neither

The new man waved said

Nothing and

Walked away

Gracefully
Fourteen more and my thousand poems on HP prove the worth of perseverance and constant change... fragile... these thousand poems shall hang on the sites continuance, of fade away forever.

Words are frauds
You, me, they, them all we
Lost under the same tree.
Despite our differences we all are connected by a common thread as Humans.

When will you start showing me respect?
Sick of being put down
How can I feel welcome in a place
Where it is clear I'm not wanted around?
A moment of peace all I want
Chaos surrounds every day
You are center of it all
The aggressive words you say
Families supposed to show love
You just show level of disgust
Unhappy with my behavior
Incapable of giving trust
What can I achieve to make you proud?
Each time I try I fail
Impossible getting back on track
In fact fear we will derail
You complain about the state of things
Nothing I do ever appears to be right
When I sit still and do nothing at all
That becomes one more reason to fight
Your insecurities projected on us
You are too stubborn to see
Picking apart my character
Convinced the problem is me
But if fault is really mine
Why am I not the only one?
Friction found in every conversation
Battles never done
I try making you understand
I'm not strong enough to break through
In these confrontations
Common denominator is you
But you are so quick to blame everyone else
Is common boring
Is boredom common
Is common necessary
Is necessity common
How common is common
Is common expendable
What is common

Every killer is in pursuit of life,
I suspect that the key to a long life, is in deaths commonality.
I've no doubt that obstacles such as cancer and diabetes will be the key to our longevity; not because we eradicate them, but because we include them in some way.

(Its just a feeling)
It's about re-interpreting what developments your seeing.
