To you
A thorn will remain a thorn that ******,
even if it is a garden of heaven to rest.
Make your escape before the thorn tricks
you into believing it is a beautiful gest.

Staring through a frosted window
A girl that is paper thin
Heart on her sleeve, bound to a pen
Crimson blood poured onto paper,
Her words bound to give in

Bind me up in ropes and ties
Then look deep into my eyes
See the fire see my style
See my smirk and see my smile
Don't you dare think that I'm scared
Trust me, I am just prepared.

As I arabesque in the dark,
the hands of time slip on by.
Chained by inability to feel
anything apart from duty.

Clutching me,
heart and soul,
body and mind,
the tendrils of melancholy
embraces me as I leap through the air
with broken wings; the moon dims
but I see the waving of golden
threads in the air.

Am I nothing but
a gilded-caged nightingale?
Bound to be a drifting leaf?
Where my trills are soft and sweet
but no one hears nor sees me?

A dying lilt, and a frail enchantment.

End
Its the end of the end
I still love you

And we have tried
too many times

But its just the end

We are bound together forever
but our lives have grown apart

But in the end
its just the end

The stream leaves my eye as it threads
Between muddy arms,under swaying grass,
With darkened stones nestled snuggly in its bed
Stalked by a hound reflected in amber glass
Playfully raising front paws to fall and splash

Though she tired beneath the cloudless july sky
The hound did not enter the stream's embrace,
Her longing whimper and the streams cool reply
Still echo in my skull's subspace

What something held her tail I can't recall
But she tired and layed down to rest
In soft brush n' pleasant light n' long before sun fall
Shedding the vigor she had professed
She shut the light from her eyes and slumber soon commenced

Far from sight, the stream trickles on
And the hound snores at my feet,
The remnants of their meeting gone
But for those held in my seat

Happiness is simply defined:
The absence of humanity's natural depression
That which binds all human life by rightful sorrow
For our disconnection with our mortal purpose
And our delusional yet rational will for the advent of tomorrow
No man, woman, or child deserves their next day
But the intangible emotion of God guides the way
So in that sense happiness isn't the absence of anything
Rather, our internal need to survive letting itself sing.

I look for you, as I walk through the grocery store.
In that brief moment, wondering if there is milk at home or not.
My eyes wander, hoping to find you,
Whilst my mind skips the thought.
I'll see a sliver of a car drive past me,
And I cant help to look at the driver, in case its you.

This **** is gutting up
Cutting up my gut
Like I give a ****
No, it's because I left just about everyone
Flailing around in my dust

I must confess
Swiftly address the constant droning
Running down the last seconds
It's such a mess
But what I meant to say, is
I hate the way I don't remember much of anything
Anymore

I see a new face
******* a
This disgrace never passes away
Like, did you not get paid?
Turn one eighty
Brand new face
Turn one eighty

Another new face

Keep mocking me, we will see
Who stands at the end
Of the **** you apprehend
Or keep
Fiend on the mend
I've all but exhausted my friends
Reserves running low
But holy god am I hopped up on
Battery acid

Classy eyes biding all the while

Stairs twisting around the snare
Bound up in an armchair
Executioners chariot

I came down from there
And became entrenched
Overcame the odds
Survived and now
I feel so odd
Or out of place
This newfound age
Is too ******* strange

I can no longer move my arms

I could never go the same way I came

There is no more hope of progression
Eh
