There was a mad person
We all gathered round
Quite the sensation
This strange passion
We found

No ties to morality
Could flag our attention
Those of a studied mind
Also suffered this condition

I've sat there next to killers
Staring at a thief
Pointing bloodstained fingers
Those **** solutions of the elite

Mob mentality
An anomaly that blinds nations
Social conditioning
Media manipulation

No worry
It happens to the best of us
But now it's time to look within
The world will always be in need
Of any love that we can send...

Many times in life we find ourselves depressed/alone, companionship abandoned
We all have our own stories in which most people dont want to hear/care
Often times an animal takes the place and slowly feels that void
They immediately understand something is wrong, they begin to shower you with love
Even if pushed away persistance insists
Like angel's on earth, they warm their way into your heart and remind you your still alive.
*She is a cat, her name Chaqweeta
No cat on earth has ever like me, and ive never liked cats. Ive been at a pretty low place lately and some how even with me pushing her away for weeks she has crawled her way into my heart. She is a stray, but in my eyes she is much more then that. She shows up every day to shower me with love.
This is for her!!!! She deserves it.
Beauty lies skin deep,
But its not automatic,
You must earn it!
Build it,
Nurture it,
That's when it will bloom deep down.

"You're too beautiful to be Aboriginal"

These words are meant to make me blush

Meant to make me smile and act coy

Meant to make me ignore the seething anger that rages beneath
the socially acceptable facade of
a woman that passes as white.
We don't do things because everyone else is doing them,
For us its not about impressing the crowd,
We seem odd and people wonder if its all pretence but that's who we are,
We were not meant to fit in but to stand out,
We have our own principles to live by,
We don't follow the crowd because we love to think for ourselves,
We're proud of being unique,
We love it and we have embraced it.
We don't care who judges us for it because that's who we are,
We are the **misfits

For some reason I can't stop pretending that I am alright.
I can't break the illusion that I am fine.
I think I am just scared that when I stop pretending it might never go away.
I am afraid it will get even more real.
But how then can I make you see that I am not okay when I don't dare to admitt.
I need help but don't dare to ask for it.
Why am I so scared of showing how I feel?
I wish I knew...

In a family of skittles
I'm the blue candy
In a family of reds
Has anyone else made families of skittles?
Does this make sense at all?

Dreams of mountain streams
And washing trees in the wind.
Let me leave this world
And start anew again..

Off I set with not much to tote.
Getting lost among the trees,
The mind has little to quote.
But here and there it shall roam,
Looking deeply for a small forest home.

One morning I cracked my door
And let the wind come in.
It sang songs of freedom
And hope for mankind.
But all alone a small man cottage,
Chirping songs of a free bird
But no one to hear the rhyme..

"Everything has to mean something or else we'd all be nothing,"
She whispered to herself as she put the scissors down and dried her eyes.
