You never leave
my mind.
Your voice inside
my head.
Your eyes see right
through me.
With every word
you said.
Your warmth still
surround me.
Knowing you is
how it should be.
I'm writing this poem
In the hopes of finding peace
So that when I get to the end of this piece
I won't be thinking of you anymore

I won't be missing you
I won't be dreaming of you
I won't be crying because of you
I won't be dying

'Cause this pain is too much
'Cause this pain is unbearable
'Cause this pain...
is all that's left

when i was younger, i used to admire people who were intelligent.
now that i'm older, i admire people who are kind.
there's the saying that no matter how educated, rich, talented, cool, or "smart" you are, it all comes down to how you treat others.
and it's true.
choose kindness, because a small act of kindness goes a long way.

How do you greet a stranger,
With a simple hello
or with a loving hug

How do you treat a former friend,
Bringing up ancient memories
or creating new ones

Well
It's been a while

How's Everything been?
Are things better now
or are you still struggling?

How do you say your farewell
With a simple goodbye
or with a light kiss and teary Eyes

I hope you are okay
or at least that you are still hoping
For that happy ending

Well
it's been a while

I'm still here
I still Believe in you
I hope you do too
They danced to the music
And there was no question about it
They were electricity
Sparks in the sky
Lightning
They were fire
Crackling beautifully
Warming fingers in a tiny cabin
Raging in a forest
They were rain
Calm and pure
Smattering on the windows
They were the essence of life
They were happiness
They were love
Time does not exist...
Time is a blinding mist...
It's a lie that we all follow...
Forever asking for time to borrow...
We are to always live in today...
Never to have our say...
With a tomorrow that never shows...
As the wind of yesterday blows...
Time is a guideline for everything...
For how long our life can sing...
So time does not exist...
Its nothing a face on your wrist...
She had one man that had
two different versions of himself.
One made love to her body
the other, made love to her mind

Going nowhere?
Wrong.
The earth is spinning at 1038 miles per hour,
whipping ‘round the Sun at 18 miles per second.
Our solar system is travelling the galaxy
at 155 miles per second,
and our galaxy is sprinting through space at 185 miles per second.
You’re sitting on your bed and you’re travelling the universe
faster than you can ever imagine.
Every millisecond of your life
you’re somewhere new—
so take a deep breath.
You’re going everywhere.
