You're in my head, and now it's outta my hands.
And everything I do is for you.

The lily of life, full of humility and devotion - the beautiful kind
that everyone would choose to pick from the fields I think you'll find.
One who defied the definition of a heroic inspiration,
your talent outshone all others; you caused quite the sensation.

You tenaciously grasped onto your stem of life
with the insidious poison of demise within your cells rife,
your colours darkening and fading away,
and yet you remained God's most beautiful creation each and every day.

As your petals fluttered down, by your side was your wife
while you heart-wrenchingly closed the circle of your life.
Now, we all shall miss watching you bloom through the days
and we will remember you, forever and ALWAYS .
In silence comes God’s meaning to the heart
When I need it I find it there
To gently soothe the terror-stricken part
With tender compassionate care

No longer unseen and isolated
Trudging with troubles like boulders
I’m amazed to feel burdens abated
Deep pain subsides in my shoulders

Peace like a calm, flowing river I felt
Forgive me for the violence
I perpetrated against my own self
I will take heart in the silence

I know now’s the time to release the past
Forgiveness, love would-be talents
I must let go held resentments at last
To restore my inner balance

Carl Yung said we must climb up that mountain
With courage and strength for direction
My journey to Light flows like a fountain
As I make a sharp shift in perception
I struggle with meditation, silencing my "monkey mind" all the time.  This poem was inspired after meditating and then reading Yeats:
   "Out-worn heart, in a time out-worn,
Come clear of the nets of wrong and right;
Laugh, heart, again in the grey twilight;
Sigh, heart, again in the dew of morn."

She opens a window
and hopes for the sky
to fall in from outside
and it's tailwind bring

her the moon and the clouds
lined with silver, a crowd
of the finest of stars
and a spare pair of wings..

Hopes, dreams
And any thought
Of a future,
Cast by the side
Of the road,
Among broken bones
That never learnt
To dance
Or kiss
Or love
Or lose,
The way we've
Suddenly,
Brutally,
Learnt.
A small broken body
Breeding broken
Hearts.
Being healthy in all ages
Is the best bliss of God!

Oh, come on you black-eyed
***** Night. Spite me
with sleep. Strike me, like
a cottonmouth. Sing me
your dark song, like a footfall
in my hallway, like a night watch-
man dropping his lantern,
a last turn of the fan, a whisper
of a mystery, a kiss with wisteria
and moonshine on your breath.
