A poet's power;
By my pen, I will grant you
Immortality

I want you to know,
you were the first person
to call me ****
and the first person
to make me feel
that way too.

I was offline for almost 2 weeks
Dang! Hello Poetry is now pretty
But now I've got a question,
What is that Streams button up there?

We were almost there
But I was so stupid to let you go
     I never wanted to
                      But I let it happen so
  Now I know
                     This is what I've been waiting for
       You are the one I've found
              The one worth fighting for
                                            I will fight for you.

Our hands held each other
Yet, I missed you anyway

All I hear is silence
While so many shout out
All I see nothingness
While so many show off

The world has blinded me
The world has deafen me

I am but drifting along
While others speed by

Watching from a far
How reality deceives us all

i will put on my dress and slip on my shoes
and look myself in the eyes.
me to me
saying goodbye.

goodbye to all the hatred.
goodbye to all the anger.
goodbye to all the jealousy.
goodbye to me.

i will lay down on the earth
waiting to be absorbed into the rich soil
and pray and pray and pray

that when i am rebirthed.
i am every bit as beautiful
but new.
