why doesn't the wind from the swings give enough momentum for us to pick up our feet or
teach us the difference between anger and fear?

my face is always in the dirt, like a colorblind politician or like some self-loathing gardener with no sun-screen.  i bleed daily to ensure i will not bite off more than i can stuff into my pockets while brothers and sisters can't make eye contact and the astrophysicists are left to the shelters.

my eyeballs have poured out onto the cutting board like broken faucets and we rubberneck but
who's actually here to see the show?

Red rain for we are standing, outlaws of the world.
Frozen stiff in the bitter cold created by man,
Forever gloomy in heavy fog we stand.
We are soaking in red rain, drowning our souls,
While the others are dancing through sun.
Red rain we are breathing, air polluted, sky full of clouds.
While others are cheering, not a single raindrop found.
Red rain for we're dying,Hand in hand we fall, the others do not notice,
They're busy playing ball.
Red rain for we're standing, rotting away,
covered in a heavy fog forever everyday.
Sunshine for the others, freedom and joy,
But red rain we're standing, vaccumed of joy.
Our reflections we are scared of,the others, love them too much.
Cowards in the red rain we are called as such.
Let us have jackets, peace we long to Rome.
Let us walk tords sunshine, forever every step.
Red red for we are tired of,hopelessness no help.
Red rain we are blinded through!
Not a speck of light to see,the sun goers are free,
sight they wouldn't need.
Red rain we feel trapped in!
Though there's way tords the bright.
Picking up heavy feet, getting up when feeling weak,
Blinded,but sun in seek.
Red rain we want to run from,
Feet never able to thaw,
Untill light shines over red rain,
In some thousands years,
When We're gone,
Most of us.
Depressingly awesomeness

Here am I love
discovering that distance
caught attention of lust
and if our moment infinite
only her eyes I trust.

She was meant for me.
Desire exponentially
grows into a sunflower
where beauty meets its destiny.
Eden in her garden
Aphrodite laying next to me
can’t ignore the Goddess
now ingrained into my memory.

Am I obsessive?
Or were we meant to meet
and become each others possessions.

I need her kiss to now remove the doubt
She needs my lips to end her draught
together lose our sanity
and love each other right amounts.

Overdue this love has been
despite my patience growing thin
I crave for touch of hers on skin
the one who taught me how to love again.

I want the world in my hands,
But it's too dak outside for conquering,
I want to touch the stars,
But it's too cold outside for flying,
I need to feel the air,
But the wind will mess up my hair,
I need to hear the birds,
But I'm too afraid of getting hurt,
I want the grass under my feet,
But thorns are hiding out of sight,
I want to relax in the ocean,
But creatures are lurking in the night,
I need to feel the suns rays,
But it's too hot outisde today,
I need to go to school,
But the students there are cruel,
I haven't spoken in months,
Because I'm too afraid of getting hurt.
As I watch the stars disappearing
from this wednesday night sky
I see you
Like the rainfalls
Lingering every inch of my deepest skin,
Embracing the cold through the hardest bone,
The optimistic tone of every drops that reaches my ears to sing.
I'm out of tune
And even we are sinking beyond these imperfections,
You are perfect
And
We are one.

It's hard to love your baby,
When you don't love your baby.
It's hard to love your baby,
When your baby don't love you.

Ooh ooh
Ooh ooh
Ooh ooh

Yeah! Yeah! Yeah!
Yeah! Yeah! Yeah!
Yeah! Yeah! Yeah!
Yeah! Yeah! Yeah!

It's hard to love your woman,
When you don't love your woman.
It's hard to love your woman,
When your woman don't love you.

Ooh ooh
Ooh ooh
Ooh ooh

Yeah! Yeah! Yeah!
Yeah! Yeah! Yeah!
Yeah! Yeah! Yeah!
Yeah! Yeah! Yeah!

It's hard to love your honey,
When you don't love your honey.
It's hard to love your honey,
When your honey don't love you.

Ooh ooh
Ooh ooh
Ooh ooh

Yeah! Yeah! Yeah!
Yeah! Yeah! Yeah!
Yeah! Yeah! Yeah!
Yeah! Yeah! Yeah!

It's hard to love your lover,
When you don't love your lover.
It hard to love your lover,
When your lover's been untrue.
I was walking the dog in a dripping rain last night and the first refrain of these rock and blues lyrics came to me. Hope you like it.(8-16-16 just going over this one tonight and thinking the verses should sound like rain patter, the ooh-oohs like moaning and howling wind, and the yeah, yeah, yeahs should sound like crashes of thunder)

To supress devotion and feelings alongside,
I want to feel no emotions,
Excluding happiness.

To supress the pain of disappointment,
Hurt and distress,
Those that visit so often.

I wish,
I pray,
I hope.

I do those and then some,
To supress those that visit so often,
Yet nothing changes.

Yet I keep wishing,
Praying,
Hoping,
And then some,
To supress devotion and feelings alongside,
Because I want to feel no emotions,
*Excluding happiness.
Does anything really work?

A-P.O.E.M.

The starlight starts fading
When Heart are open for grating

Shall we embrace the touch of tomorrow
In the cold feels of today

It hurts to fade
Especially when its from things that are made
Sitting in the shade
Outside the reality of these paradise parades

The shade
Casts a shadow
Casts a doubt
Carves thee hollow
From the inside out

Reflecting the image of the world to see
So happy,
          but dominant,
                           by amounts of greed

Those who plant the seed
Fill the next generation with a developmental make-up that is a touch of their own.
But how much is change accepted?
is it reflected? Or terribly misdirected...

Seemingly so seasoned with grainger and far away from danger, may our weary eyes see the design we mold things to be.

"Don't bury these beliefs
They mean everything to thee
They mean everything to thee"
Audrey Maday Nov 2015
I wasn't okay when you left,
And I wasn't okay when you came back,
Then left again.
But I'm still standing here,
And I think that's what's really important.

Go ahead
Move the camera closer
Either eye
The both end up in the same place
Even though they don’t look the same

There’s a dream in there
Can you find it
Or is it your imagination that must do the work?

Go ahead
Talk too loud around me
I used to be you
But it took me to a difference place
I wonder if you’ll ever make it there

A man said I sound like a bird
And though he cannot remember
What it meant was he knew life while I could only pretend

Go ahead
Walk on by as if we never met
I know everything about you
But still I want you
I wonder if he can take it like I could

You trampled through my life
But I didn’t notice the mess
Until you left and I realized I wasn’t ready to clean it up
