Living on with a smile,
Transmuting in unknowing,
Swimsuit ready for more suffering,
What a chance! What a circus!
At an end, I say thanks.

I, who have blinked,
And glad to have felt
bed sheets and petals and melancholy moods,
And my god! The blossom and the sadness of falling,
Wretched cold,
Pain of poverty
And power too.
What a life! What a moment!
To it all, I say thank you.

And birds, many times my soul knew you,
And dirt, on my hands grounding my mind,
Dear trees, in my solitude you were always so kind,
What a world! What a time!
I'd live again, rewind.
Ave Maria Jun 2022
What is there left, when humanity can no longer ensue? When our kind is wiped off the face of Mother Earth? Will the planet be destroyed itself from the sun, or from our own foolish actions? Or will the earth instead remain with our souls tied to it as we wander aimlessly, our ashes permeating within the dirt? How many places will our souls be within? Heaven and earth together? Will the animals be with us in spirit or in a different realm? Will a new kind be brought forth, or perhaps a new planet?

that moment
as fragile as a snowflake
when I slip into another's poem
and something inside twinkles
like a firefly full of wonder

"Be the bliss of my trembling
like a tree’s leaves:
give a name, give a beautiful name
a pillow to this disintegration."

Why am I captivated by
What I don't even know
Like
What you are doing
Right now
Wait
Don't tell me
I like being in this
Mesmerizing stare
Of wonder
I don't really need to know what you are doing...just knowing you are alive is enough

"I can wait" I said, meaning it genuinely
unbeknownst to  what it would be costing me
they say love takes time, and that patience is a virtue
with how long its taken us, how much of this is true?

Did I smother you? are you even afraid to lie?
does the truth eat you up? tell me are their other guys?
Your silence speaks wonders, I wouldn't even fret
at the fact you lost feelings or had just as many regrets

Maybe I'm being too forward, you must be busy right?
Yet I have my doubts, thinking every single night
I promised to be faithful, I promised to be true
and I blindly trust you, although I've never even met you

Heaven has a plan, I know this is our test
and if we succeed we'll give each other our best
I hope this is true, I wouldn't want our first fight to be our last
hey.. can't we talk this out and go back to the past?

Regardless I'm waiting, weather in good favor or in vain
Nothing can faze me, weather you still love me or bring me pain
I'm ready when you are, just tell me the truth you coward
you can talk about it anytime, yo still remember the password?
A poem on a current predicament

Just look at your life,
it is a beautiful thing.
You wake up every morning
as the blue birds sing
and the day is beginning.

You may run into problems,
but those help you grow.
Watch your mind expand rapidly
as you embrace life's flow
and you let things go.

Every mistake is a chance
to show who we are.
We may explode like comets
or shimmer like a star
and we'll see how far.

You are amazing and incredible
no matter how many mistakes.
You were not a misfortune,
you are a rippling lake
to new destinations you'll take.

Embrace all the new opportunities
you'll have in this life.
You may make many mistakes,
but you'll be all right,
just keep being a light.

Our initials chiselled,
With a crown cork bottle cap,
Into the trunk of our favourite tree,
Will the world wonder in time to come,
Whatever happened to you and me?

After day comes night
After night comes day
When the sun rises in the sky
And the sky is heavenly blue
I wonder if the blue that's growing inside of me
If it's you?
You may be so small and precious
Adored and loved so dearly
Not knowing but expecting
A God-worthy wonder
I carry you
The wonder that you are
My baby blue.

My heart always skips a beat
Each time my eyes find you
It's sweet
Yet I hope you knew

I love and wish to spend every waking day with you
How I wish you knew
Yet you like someone new
And no longer see me

Heartaches
Longing and hoping
To have reciprocation
But alas

You may like someone new..
The feeling in your chest that whenever you see that person you like but could never have. The smile in his face knowing you aren't the person making him smile. And lastly knowing that he is falling for someone else.

A master of brief absence
floats on the drops of night
that leak from the moon,
writing tomorrow on
yesterday’s sheets.

The night traveler speaks
to the absence of sound,
an echo of gentle vagueness,
a longing for what’s far away
on the slopes of dream.

The sleeper moves from
one planet to another,
creating who he’ll
become tomorrow.

He travels to the ends
of earth, softly as a cloud

guide dreamers. Colors
of the night fill the heart
beyond darkness until
it resonates with the return
to wakefulness., before
dawn arises , becoming
a new day.
