your dress is black (the
smell of summer grass)

and everything holds
everything
    else.

Hello?
Can you hear me?
Can you see me?

If you can hear me
Please close your ears
Before all of my words will make you sick again

If you can see me
Please close your eyes
Before you see me leave again

It's all my fault
So please just leave me
Because you deserve to have a better life
Without me

Yeah, without me.

You told me you were leaving
And I believed you
Then one day you came back
But I didnt need you.
I never thought I would see the world without you in it, but instead I saw the universe.

What are we thinking about until we can't
close our eyes?
Why it's hard to just sleep rather get through
a day?
You just want to close your eyes without
having to wait for tomorrow.

Why we're wide awake during the time we dream?
Why we're asleep during the time we work?
Why has the day become the night for me and the night
become the day?

Maybe, my world isn't the earth.
Then, I'll just sleep and fly away.
This poem I wrote at 03:09 AM, I couldn't sleep and write about it.

Without you I am broken in two

You used to make me smile when things were hard;
Now without you I am broken in two.
I say I can’t live without you;
Something makes me wonder who I am without you.

You know I love you and I know you love me too.
Without your love, what will I do?
Without you I am broken in two;
Without you I am lost and broken in two.

I don’t want to wake up tomorrow and see you are gone,
Because without you I will forever be lost in the dark.

I need to be with you always, these feelings are real,
For I’ll always be wanting you and waiting for you.
Because only when I hold you next to me do I feel;
Now all I see and feel is nothingness, without you.

Bury me deep within your heart,
So I can still be close to you.

"why don't you talk to me anymore?"

It used to rain when I looked out your car window
you'd tell me it's obvious
The raindrops stain the pane
No real reason
Just started pouring
You grew tired of the sound
Listening to it patter on your car
Told me we'd stop and go somewhere
And you left me there
Soaking in the water
To figure it out

And I did
When I look out the car window
I don't see rain
I don't even hear it
All I see is a field
Lushes and green
As bright as the sun
There aren't drops anywhere
Just smiles and laughter
And I don't see you
