You are a whirlwind
Of fire and rain
A tornado
Of sadness and pain
My body is a ******* storm of sadness.
Krinessa Jun 2015
I've been inside this whirlwind for quite some time
and I know not when will I get to experience the warmth of hugs and kisses again.

Oh how I miss the feeling of serenity!
... and the quietness of still waters
... and the gentle breeze
... and running after butterflies on a calm afternoon.

I am
A whirlwind
Of wandering thoughts,
A cyclone
Of spiraling dreams
A tempest
Of trepidation
A world
Fraying at the seams.

She is not weak, she is not fragile.
She is the wind before the storm, she is the tide before the wave.
Respect the girl with lightning in her palms and tsunamis in her veins.
She is as precise and delicate as the details in her eyes, she is as deadly as the weather she causes.

Take hold of the wind
The wanderlust heart
Wants to go places
A whirlwind tour
Open skies
The valleys
Between deepest forests
Holding yesteryear secrets
Take a whiff
Of beautiful flowers
Seducing the wind
To transport it to unknown lands
Away with the birds in skies
Listening to their tales
The oceans and rivers
Becomes ecstatic
At the presence of the wind
You are the wind now
Rich with so many travels
You have so many tales
And laden with precious aromas
From the Earth’s bouquet
Sneak in through
Your lover’s window
Gently caress her from the slumber
Now that you have tales to narrate
She will listen to you in wonder
Charm her day with surprise
For you had been with the wind
The wanderlust heart

My life is a whirlwind of passing daydreams
and photographs,
those I've loved and lost
and what I've gained from screaming from the tops of buildings
after no one salutes to these ideas
that I've run up the flagpole outside.

She has whipped me up in a whirlwind.
She has stirred each sense to a flame.
Not an ounce of my joy does she know of,
nor will she be told of the same.

I am feeling so many things all at once,
a whirlwind of emotions,
frantic and furious,
circling the drain of my mind,
planting landmines in my heart,
subjecting me to explosion,
to drowning,
that I somehow feel none of it,
an empty shell
exhausted,
dried up from everything
I should be feeling,
I am left feeling none of it,
and maybe once I rest,
once I let go,
once I forget it all,
once I feel nothing,
I will then feel
everything,
and everything will feel
me.
