In the valley of darkness, I shall not want
Though a hole resides where the heartbeat should be
The vessels still do their work

My lungs decay, black and smoked out
And my organs dry up from strong rums
And the things I hold dear become a desert storm

But I shall not ask for the help of dying trees
Whose fruit, though ripe, would leave me with less leaves
Or perhaps with more than I could bear

No, I stand on the mountains
The mountains we lived in, where the church sits upon the hill
I stand on the mountains and call for him

I call for him
and I know - without science or senses -
That he is near

Am I really living?
Am I just a holy ghost?
Created from something within our space,
Or maybe sent from the command outpost.

Tell me how,
Show me a sign, of a life before man
I’m just a curious type, I need to know more
Because before this life ends for me
I want to learn, I want to see
Just show me which way, I know you can, you can.

People, losing their minds,
Throwing out children into society
Bullying, Jealousy, then murdering for notoriety
People, use to have a choice,
But now they shutdown free speech.

People, oh no,
Weren’t meant to divide this world
If all this hate doesn’t stop happening real soon,
Stop happening, stop happening soon we’re doomed.

Hear me, I’ve not got long to go,
Give me your answer real soon,
Can’t wait for the man on the moon
Need that message in a bottle
Can’t wait for mankind to find you

People, oh no (we’ve all been created the same),
Don’t divide the world,
We sometimes forget we should all adore

Can everyone imagine a world full of peace?
Mohammad, Buddha, Jesus or Lennon, sing a little louder,
Make it more meaningful and inspirational
Do it, do it for free.
(Dream on) Dream on.
(Dream on) Dream on,
Dream on together
Hal-le-lu-jahhhh

Am I still living
Your just as confused as me.
Your just one man with a much larger family
Show us the way observing from high above our galaxy.

Not got that long,
You know what I mean
Not got that long,
Not got that long to go.

In the end I might know....

Here it comes, another downward spiral into existential dread and the meager meaning of life. I don't know what emotions feel like anymore. Strip myself down to the core and blast that into ******* oblivion. You wouldn't even know. Look deeper. Look deeper. Look deeper. There's nothing there! ******* and your conniving business partners! Instilling false hope in the minds of people who really just need to be chucked out on their *****, into the dead of night, onto the cold hard ground of true reality. And all the while you're expecting payment.

You can not have nature without art, the very essence of nature is creativity, everything created is art.
The art of nature is everywhere.
Every form is an expression of creativity, every flower, every rock, every animal is a piece of art.
We live in an ever changing, evolving, art gallery.
And we humans are as much a part of it as any form.
How can we possibly think we are separate from this?
Why would we be the only thing in the entire existence of life that isn't connected to the whole?
Don't flatter yourself.

If only you could see with the eyes between your eyes,
And think with the minds behind your mind.
There is no distance between us.
No degree of separation.
We are consiousness.

You are my extension.
The cord of our connection.
Our hearts beat in unison.

All paths lead back to one.
Morning Glory

 .

Lost hideaway under the flesh

where birds of prey drink to the heart's

southward direction.

In liquid sleep a pocket is forming

of voices named in childhood years.

And from the beginning the miracle

sat on our shoulder like a butterfly,

though we never christened it as our own.

I am tossing back the weight of worldly waters

and things to be morally wounded for.

I give no more from the side of my mouth,

for the seductive shadow and the running crowd.

Plain as the path to heaven, I kiss the dread

and let it drift down sea. I open a room

where the light catches my breath.

I am breathing a morning glory.

As We Walk

 .

I spent an hour listening

to the grey and cooling sky, and the blackbirds

that gathered low.

We are but gestures sown

by particles of love, desire and greed.

Few are one tapestry, most are a bit of

all three.

There was a plague in my eyes

that has thinned my expectations, but

I am better.

Being in love this long is like a voyage

underwater, swarming with glorious and

dangerous beings.

You will always be the one to hatch my breath,

the catching flint when I am shipwrecked,

and the good thing I can hold up willingly to the light.

We have been shown there is no grave,

only the mourning. We have been shown

it is the aging in front of each other

that makes aging wonderful.

I no longer worry about what I am going to say

because there is you, with the scent of autumn

strong in your hair.

You see the link of all things
The connection
Between us and them
And everything else
How the flowers of life are in every shape and space
And how the ceaseless spirals
Make us end up in the same place
The stones speak to you
They move through you
With tiny waves and quiet murmurs
Why can't I hear them
When they share their carbon force with you
You see sound move sand
With each frequency shifting every grain to it's will,
while I've laid dormant in my shell
and watched my cells die and feel my bones bend
But you've died a thousand tiny deaths
With each one blurring the veil
And opening that furrowed brow
That sees the link in all things
