I have a potion
to read minds
called sixth sense.
the
cauldron's
strong potion
was manifest
in a dire toxin
simmering to the ***'s rim
this was a stupid portent
doom would be destine to prevail
the elements mixed in error
which ensured a disaster's outcome

bad omens were foretold by the recipe
the black sorcerer no smart blender
to late to change the concoction
it boiled over then blew
he'd not been very careful
in how magic works
such a novice
with dark spells
oh so
silly

Tell me your every mistake;
Bring me every heart you break;
Show me your every scar
For each one I’ll give you a star.

Oh, I have seen you ****,
did it just like it was a drill.
Through my veins rushes the thrill
like the feeling after taking a pill.

I allow you to take a bite from
the tasty conscience of mine;
I allow you to eat up my soul
provided you don’t give it back at all.

I will never say I’m sorry,
you know I never worry.
I swore to devotion
without a love potion…
I  was inspired by some quotes in a FB page my friend sent me, so I dedicated this poem to her. :)

With satchel in his hand, he strode down the road,
The sun glinting against his eyes as it does with glass.
Up he crept to the cave of the monster, its rank abode,
And pulled the elixir from his satchel fast.

Trembling, his hands uncorked the bottle,
And released the liquid a'splashin onto the ground below;
The potion served to mottle,
The rock soon to blow.

He leapt from the cave entrance, down toward the road,
Away from the monster's ghastly abode,
And managed to escape sudden death,
As an explosion blasted from the cave's mouth like fiery breath.

The monster wailed loud as death strangled it,
A strange, bone-chilling, awful fit.
But like the cave, the monster was now dead,
And he could head back to his cabin to sleep in his bed.

More than just something
Just shy of it all
Pick me up when I am down
Dust me off when I fall
A beacon of beauty
As your eyes fill with light
Guiding the way back
When I'm lost in the night
Your secrets are safe
As my mouth is zipped shut
And your love is a potion
That seals every cut
My darling, I dare you
Just give yourself to me
And I'll make you as happy
As you will ever be

I sit straightly for a moment,
slouch back in my seat
As the dripping of my energy
reaches midday portions

the dragging of my feet
becomes the least of my worries
its not the pain that’s unbearable
but the many useless potions
the slowly ripping poisons
my mouth must keep desiring

I sigh
trying to remember
the truths I chose so randomly
to write off as tacit lies
in my moneyless estate
it was easier
to think I could live without them
but now I see I’ve only died
The body contains numerous systems, which can all break down and cause illness, but Western Medicine ignores most of them

i will make a potion,
and put it in your drink,
you will loose your motion,
you will stop to think!

i will take you home,
and put you on my shelf,
i have to do it all alone,
cuz santas elfs won't help!

i tried to talk to you
but you didn't want me there
now i have to nacrotize you
to get you to care!

i asked santa for you
but he didn't seem to care
i wass good all year too,
but that got me nowhere!

now i'll put you to sleep,
in a blink of an eye,
you'll be mine to keep,
for the end of the time!

so let's celebrate tonight,
for the best year yet to be,
as you sleep in decorative lights,
marry christmas to me!
Tryst Oct 2014
She watched the water slip and slop
As flurried flames climbed up to heat
And bubble boil the cooking ***
Emitting steam to rise and sweep

In splendid arcs and cloudy wisps
Of candy cotton colored plumes
That filled the cavern air with sips
Of fragrant tones and sweet perfumes

And withered bony fingers bent
To loosely grip a ladle shaft
And scooping water, swiftly went
To pour a steaming cloudy draught

Into a pretty painted cup
Upon a dais of sorcery
And gulping down a mighty sup
She gasped,
                    *"A lovely cup of tea!"
Happy Halloween!
