To those who protest on why they should say the word *****
Unfollow me

To those whose heart does not mourn over an innocent life of POC
Unfollow me

To those who yell "go back to Africa"
Unfollow me
if you cannot comprehend that your ancestors where not here first

To those who fail to understand their white privilege
Unfollow me

To those who scream out "what about black on black crime"
Unfollow me
If you're blind to the multiple genocide your people create and label as "war"

To those who simply choose to ignore this injustice
Unfollow me for no action at all is the greatest injustice of all

it is
easily
forgotten
that each
avatar
is a
real
person

with real
flesh and blood
bodies

real emotional issues

real hearts and minds

we should never
make assumptions
about them biased
by their age
or try to
figure them out
based on their work

they have been writing
through a glass
computer screen
just as you have

they live
they breathe
they bleed

just
like

YOU

It's very difficult to
Read someone at the best of times

Add to that mix the fact
That you cannot see them!

Be cautious but also
Try to give folks the
Benefit of the doubt!

A common thread runs through us... connecting our spirits... our lives.
This thread is difficult to see for some... impossible to see for others... and neglected by many.
What a shame it is to feel so disconnected... so lonely... when we share this thread among us.

These raindrops hit the pavement
while brakes screamed
and tires spun
in the stormy weather

In a single fragment of this lifetime
a heart stopped
and the night went silent

In a single moment
all these hearts collapsed
and the floor fell from beneath their feet

As love got stronger,
days got harder
and tears flowed
like the storm on the night
that took the young boy
from our arms

These moments
and fragments
of our existence
have the ability to change everything

Sometimes love is not enough
to hold broken pieces together
and things break,
they shatter,
lives shatter

But everything ends
so it can begin again

By Chloe Elizabeth
Loneliness can ravage our lives
destroy the brain
hug our forms
knock us off our feet
when will the day come
for me to totally be free...

One stubborn poet,
one note orchestra.
let the New Design
be your guide ...

The times require no less.
The longing impossible
falling in one direction
towards the emptiness
of a long emotion
that ravages the brain....

Rank opinion
from poets
must subside
or else the rabble's
babble will defile
this poet's whim.
All spoken streams,
crude-fashioned
that ravaged the brain ...

The trouble in life,
the trouble in love,
isn't always that you're the **** -

sometimes,
you're the innocent bystander
that gets injured
when the chaos in the lives of others finally explodes
and you're injured by the shrapnel!

sometimes mortally,
sometimes bad enough
to carve gashes in your soul

The sun is blinding to the eyes when looked upon.
Untouched and Undisturbed
Burning with the spires of a million flames, reducing everything to ashes
yet
gives us the most beautiful days of our ongoing lives.
