He is a beautiful disaster
everyone wants to be a part of his mess
tan skin
jet black hair
a grin like measles
contagious but extremely dangerous
he might as well be wearing a red stop sign
and millions of hazard lights
one touch is all it takes
to be under his spell
munipulation at its finest
i did believe at one point
we could become a gorgeous clamity
the i began to realize more and more
he may not be like the rest of us
in the sense that he knows exactly what he wants
You know who you are

It's a gorgeous day
Outside today
Enough to say
You'll pave the way
For it to be better than yesterday.

A drop-dead gorgeous young lady,
With the eyes of an angel she looks,
Her gaze met mine in dark of day,
My thoughts are just like clay,
Getting molded as whatever she may say,
I feel my senses waning off,
For she is My Chloroform.

Coming to the reunion party,
You look drop dead gorgeous,
Shoulderless you gyrate now,
Your gown looks so golden,
Every man is with their wife,
Still, no one looks at his own,
And everyone wants to feel you.

I observe them adjusting pants,
Stealing looks at you frequently,
Few have their mouths open,
For the past fifteen minutes,
I grow slightly insecure,
For you are so beautiful,
My lovely gorgeous wife.

Now the alpha male comes,
I was not ready for him,
He asks your hand for dance,
You agree after looking at me,
Then I see you dancing with him,
He pulls you close to himself,
You soon excuse yourself.
Such short love story parts

Without any effort, you walked into the room
And said, “This is my world now.”
Hurdles are pebbles to you;
Stresses fit in a thimble to you;
Obstacles – nothing to you;
It’s an honour to simply know you.

The way that you smile turns my heart into gold
And my face the brightest red.
Voice like smooth honey, lips soft as satin;
How do you make it look so effortless?
Your nervousness is unwarranted, you're great and you know it;
You needn’t worry yourself.
Your intelligence and beauty and strive pile up
Like the books on all of our shelves.

It seems like I waste all my time and strength,
Just to simply break through.
But you, you – in all of your lovely ways,
It seems so easy for you.
Your eyes simply drown me, even when you
Aren’t around me – what isn’t just easy for you?
You make us all proud,
And we shout it out loud,
“I KNOW her! – does she know YOU?”

Glasses or no, you’re beautiful, though
You make it so easy – you do.
You give us all hope, make us loosen the rope,
And become as well-rounded as you.
Expectations you set, we will reach them yet,
But we can’t make it easy like you.
Smart, gorgeous, electric, and sweet –
Pioneer; trailblazer; that’s you.
Of what do poets write, when their muse has finally gone?
When they lose the girl they love, and are expected to move on?
Of what will my heart sing, when I can't sleep at night?
Now she's left me in the cold, and nothing feels alright.
To the girl I never showed my poems, maybe if I had, you'd still be here.
Though she now gives me kisses, and I enjoy their heat,
her lips aren't soft like yours, nor nearly quite so sweet.
Though she makes me smile, with every "I love you"
I can't forget that moment, when you once said those words too.
Though she's the one who has me now, and does the things you'd do
it'll never be, just quite the same, she simply isn't you.
She's beautiful, and intelligent, and funny. She makes me laugh, and smile, and we go on adventures. She's there for me, and she cares about me. But she's not you.

Every day I spend with you is a reassurance.
I've never been as sure as anything else in this world. You become more and more incredible as days together turn to months, and eventually years. You went from gorgeous to drop-dead gorgeous the first time you took my breath away, but your warming embrace brought me back to life.
Wrote a piece a while back and thought it'd be better in parts than a standalone.
And so she leaves, what we were behind
And somehow expects me not to mind.
We weren't together but I'm still not fine
In this world, where she's not mine.
From all our plans, she walked away,
And now I'm alone, on this bleakest day.
