Under the calm blue seas,
Untouched by storms,
Where the currents gently flow,
Drowned out by water walls,
Watch as all worries fall
Like stones-

Shhh...

Shut them out as they call
Our names.

We are slowly sinking into slumber,
Into life's dark depths...
Is this what they fear?

Oh, pity them.
Wish they were here.

But hush now,
Feel as the waves hug us,
Let them
Pull us down, slowly, gently...

Under curtains of lights
Where memories die,
As our back touch the seabed,
See the sea's corals
Merge into one colour...

So,
Did anyone tell you
How beautiful death looks
From down here?
Nonononono. This isn't an AD for suicide, okay? Drowning is painful. NEVER try it.

Can you listen to it?
The cry of the wind,
outside.
Its is calling for you, to break the bars
to feel the freedom, to do the wish.

Have you ever attempted?
To see what do you want,
To say what you like,
with no burden of words.
To find yourself in other's eyes.
And hold your heart, out of the cage.

What, do you think?
Would you come with me, to head towards
the unexplored, unto the new Sun.
to the land of daffodils and wilds of pine.
Where you can be you,
the wind is you and the rain is me.
If only they could see,
the darkness that reaps inside my mind;
the ache in my heart that craves an everlasting escape.

as we escaped reality
within boundless lands

where the golem lives!
where the golem lives!

as we tried to make it
finally finna don't fake it

and as we entered our land
secretly; always warm

where the golem lives!
where the golem lives!

an infinite loophole
children adults and groups

it had never been too late
we had never gone that far

where the golem lives!
where the golem lives!
where the golem lives!
where the golem lives!
Today is a good day.

In dreams we are lost
deep in labyrinthine mazes
walls built in our mind...

Surprises hidden
mysteries abound within
waiting to be found...

We may not finish
but we can always escape
through daybreak's doorway.

Escape
a roundel by Geoffrey Chaucer
loose translation/interpretation by Michael R. Burch

Since I’m escaped from Love and yet still fat,
I never plan to be in his prison lean;
Since I am free, I count it not a bean.

He may question me and counter this and that;
I care not: I will answer just as I mean.
Since I’m escaped from Love and yet still fat,
I never plan to be in his prison lean.

Love strikes me from his roster, short and flat,
And he is struck from my books, just as clean,
Forevermore; there is no other mean.
Since I’m escaped from Love and yet still fat,
   I never plan to be in his prison lean;
Since I am free, I count it not a bean.

Original text:

Sin I fro love escaped am so fat,
I never thenk to ben in his prison lene;
Sin I am fre, I counte him not a bene.

He may answere, and seye this or that;
I do no fors, I speke right as I mene.
Sin I fro love escaped am so fat,
I never thenk to ben in his prison lene.

Love hath my name y-strike out of his sclat,
And he is strike out of my bokes clene
For ever-mo; [ther] is non other mene.
Sin I fro love escaped am so fat,
    I never thenk to ben in his prison lene;
Sin I am fre, I counte him not a bene.
              Explicit.
I want to melt
I want to dissolve
Pour myself into the ground
And let something better grow
Where I once would've stood
I want to escape
And scatter each bit of memory
Become one with the stardust
That had built me
At least then I would be again a star

I will not be
subdued.
Cages don't suit me.
I have to be free.
Fly
run
sing
dance in the
open fields, swim
in the river with
the fish and water snakes.
My soul can't be
taken without my permission.
The access is denied.
My heart isn't yours to
mock and ****.
I will rise like
the phoenix from
the ashes and sail on against
the azure sky, free and
untethered.
Resurrected
I'm back from the dead.

disappear into your own mind
what do you see
is it vast and empty
is it filled with misconceptions of past memories
can you escape
do you want to escape
how do you comprehend and recognize the genuine
