You spirit me away to Greater Eden, /
In the redolent throes of /
Ethereal /
Romance. /

Reverie is magnified in your absence /
As I wonder upon /
Your /
Towering arms. /

Your heart is an impearled grand piano, /
Singing to me symphonically. /
Each key, weaving a tapestry /
Of the sonorities in amour. /

Beauty is your cadenza, /
As your radiant moonbeams  /
Whisk me away to /
Twilight En Amour. /

May you be mine, /
Until the stars evanesce /
From The Charred Canvas of /
The Night Sky. /

I am yours, /
From sea to shining sea /
Uttering one-thousand words in solemn prayer /
That our union may ne’er deliquesce. /

May these words imbue you /
With the ardor of ages /
That we might procure in the heat of romance, /
The silver wings to soar heavensward. /

You are my forevermore, /
You are my swansong, /
You are my euphony, /
You are my musicality. /

You are my poetry, /
You are my eternity, /
You are my whimsicality, /
You are my Ivory Knight. /

6 "Place me as a seal upon your heart,

As a seal upon your arm,

For love is as strong as death is,

And exclusive devotion is as unyielding as the Grave.

Its flames are a blazing fire, the flame of Jah.

7 Surging waters cannot extinguish love,

Nor can rivers wash it away.

If a man would offer all the wealth of his house for love,

It would be utterly despised.”

—Song of Solomon 8: 6, 7 (NWTSE)

If love is vast, then so is grief. If love is a force, then so is the emptiness it leaves behind.

After laying down all my cards and spilling my love into words, hoping to place it somewhere other than my heart, I learned that it is simply too much; That no matter how I try to set it aside or fight it, love seeps into the smallest spaces. It spills through the cracks, demanding to be acknowledged. And every time I give it even an ounce of attention, it takes over me, growing into something bigger than myself.
I tried to outrun it, drown it in reason, bury it beneath time, but it lingers in the quiet moments until it consumes me whole. I'm left with no choice but to give in, fall to my knees, and let it take me at its mercy. I guess misery never really ends when all we do is call into voids without hearing another echo.

Could I stir fate into action by declaring that I have finally learned to hold love with careful hands? That I am better now? That maybe, I can be exactly what they need. I want to pour myself into every glass that needs filling, this time, neither too much nor too little. I want to be someone uneasy to let go of, to become the same love that haunts me in my silence. It's Valentine's day, and I have no other desires but to meet love where it stands.

another echo.
I love, I love
Yes, I love to love
Like a genius in deep love
Like a fool in sick love
I love like no one ever loves
Like I love watching the doves
Drifting up and down in the sky
Below and above the clouds
Whether the weather is wet or dry
Below and far from the shrouds.

It is not a mistake to love
I don’t love just for Valentine
I love every single day and that’s fine
It is an incredible experience
Coming straight from above
Yet, there’s no obvious difference
Like a genius in sick love
Like a fool in deep love
I love, I love
Yes, I love to love.

The romantic accolades
The tropical kool-aids
The seductive smiles
The inimitable styles
Baby, it's Valentine
Every day that we encounter
Girl, you look fine
Like an exquisite flower.

You electrify my whole body
From head to toes, every time I see
You snapping your fingers, my heart
Beats profusely. It's magic. It's science. It's art
You are a masterpiece, a virtuoso
You drive me crazy, you drive me loco
You are a fine wine
You have a gorgeous body
Baby, It's Valentine
And you're as sassy as a Lilly.

Every time we meet
I melt; I fall at your feet
Baby, it's Valentine
Girl, you look so fine
Like a super-model
You're stylish, and beautiful
You electrify my entire body
You look incredibly foxy
Honey, it's Valentine
And you're naturally divine.

Tu seras naturellement fanée alors;
Je te voilerai de baisers d'amour et d'or.
Comblé et lassé, je te classerai dans mon portefeuille,
Parmi les plus jolies et distinguées feuilles.

C'est ta fête, tu es mon corps aujourd'hui.
Ecoute l'écho mélodieux des trompettes angéliques;
Le monde entier chantonne les plus mémorables cantiques
De l'heure sous les étoiles pétillantes de la nuit.

I’d like to talk about spring,
About nature’s breathe with fresh
And breezy mornings, sunny days,
About feelings in spring plesh.

I’d like to talk about love,
The one that takes you all, in whole!
It’s in your heart! It is inside!
It makes a magic just for all!

I’d like to talk about myself,
The one that I don’t even know,
About myself with different fate…
But truly, I guess I’d better go.
I'm my mother's blood and bone
Features on my face are shown
Identical birthing hips
More alike the more I have grown

And same bit of mischief is harbored in my eyes
In a slightly browner shade to focalize
Motionless in front of reflection transfixed
Cannot help but overanalyze

But on a binge of self-pitying despair
How can I mosey forward with only memories there?
Similarities between are reminders everywhere I turn
Her soul absent and I am all too aware

It comes and goes in undulations of pain
Lost in labyrinth lurking in my brain
Crippled by spilled love that will never return
Only empty echoes within broken heart remain
I look at the mirror and see half of my mother in all I do and it kills me
To My Valentine

You're not just the girl for me,
You're the world to me.

My first good morning,
my last goodnight.

When You're in my arms,
everything feels right.

The sound of you sleeping soothes My soul.

The warmth of your touch makes me feel whole.

Lying here in my arms,
the kiss of your lips,
the smell of your skin,
the curve of your hips,
in those moments the world disappears.

In those moments,
all that I hear
is two hearts beating.

Saying love is here.
Write me a poem for Valentine's Day!
If your a poet,
You know that's what She'll say.
So writers block be ******,
My dues must be paid,
To that arrow slinging Cherub,
If I have any hopes to get laid!!!

Happy Valentine's Day
to my fellow poets!
You're scared of the dark,
Don't worry, I am too.
But you can have my nightlight,
If you can sleep sound with it.

The world eludes you,
You wonder why it carries you with a crooked hand.
And you wish it would just put you down,
But if you want to know the sky,
I can lift you up straight and strong.

You're terrified of yourself,
Each night darker and darker.
But I'll hold you tight,
And make sure you don't slip down.
Because if you lay in the ground,
You'll never see the stars.
When life gets tough, you got to be tougher.
One lesson you can learn now,
Is nothing in life is free.
It takes many nights of tears,
To celebrate days of joy.
And it'll take many night falls,
Before the sun shines again.
So don't waste what you have,
Lest you regret not having it.
The bread tastes better when you worked to buy it.
