Winter is a fraud to me
I had no right to love her
Yet when we come together she incites me
As a child she kissed my frost nipped cheeks
Made igloo tears and iced up fuzzes

Then I caught sight of her with make up on her cheeks
She warmed me through and was awe-inspiring
Unbreakable and reassuring like an old friend
We said our farewell for this day

It seemed as though time scampered away
She distressed me we had a quick chatter then we where on our way

Chilled to my marrow she stayed in the air
Becoming senseless at great lengths
Beginning to distort my state of mind
I'm brain sick
The sun never seems to shine
Any suggestions it seems undone to me.

‘And here’s to the blues, the real blues - where there’s a hint of hope in every cry of desperation.’

Sweet release to satisfy his sweet tooth
Find & categorise the symptoms to find few
Hymn comes, but no prayers answered, sin come due
Bin them hopes, sink them, drink away the blues
Think you can choose, but its fate that chooses for you

The burnt skin will heal
Just like how summer flees

The tanned skin will fade
Just like how season change

You too will smile again
Just like how dawn breaks in.

I could had
Run
Shout
Scream
Fight
Fall
Win
Loose
Still choose to tolerate,
For you...
Kept falling,
Sinking in blues,
So deep,
Now I am lost,
Where are you?
I want myself back.. loosing you is not so depressing then loosing me.

Tiny music of your soul beckons me,
The winter blues fade into nothing,
A glimpse of summer in december.
I wake in the breezy winter,
Emotion strong but rhythmic.

I hear my flame in blue;
The chill too deep,
Tickling uncertain skin.

We walk to the car,
Your arm linked with mine,
We walk to the car,
Your arm linked with mine,
Our steps are synchronised with each other,
The wet tarmac shines

I can’t read your mind,
But I can study your eyes,
I can’t read your mind,
But I can study your eyes,
I think there’s something more here,
Than what your words comprise

I’ve always wondered where my soul was,
Thought it was in my head,
I’ve always wondered where my soul was,
Thought it was in my head,
But I know it’s above my heart now,
I feel it flutter as we tread

I wish you shared your feelings,
Laid them out more regularly,
I wish you shared your feelings,
Laid them out more regularly,
But then few things are more exciting,
Than unsolved mysteries

There’s a muttering drizzle,
From the silent sky,
There’s a muttering drizzle,
From the silent sky,
My feathers may be wet,
But I can’t help but fly
