How many times have I quietly sobbed today?
Finally letting my walls down as I let myself know I am alone.

The room is filled with heavy gasps of air,
only for my ears to hear.
No, these aren't your regular inhales and exhales.

They come with little sobs and whimpers
that changes your breathing,
They come with sharp pains in your chest as if you're drowning,
They come with little pools of water that has the capacity to carry an immense weight of sadness.

Defying the Laws of Physics,
wetting your face that never seems to stay dry
with each little drop.

All at once,
You feel as they come at you.
Like a firework had just been lit,
prepared for what's to come on the 4th of July.

Suddenly, all these that surges from you stops.
Your ears ***** on slow yet heavy thumping sounds . . .  !
footsteps

You get up, and the fireworks in your chest fall at once to your hollow stomach.
Making a crashing noise of empty cans on shards of previously broken glass.

You wipe your tears and stare back,
as your reflection in the mirror smiles at you.

a fleeting moment of hate and disappointment pass through your mind

Inhale. . . .

                                                                                                    . . . .Exhale

...it's tight and all very familiar"

A new task has begun as soon as you end one,
and just as quick a routine ends and night awakens....
The same routine awaits to greet you,

once the Sun wakes the world.

In the heat of the summer
all body sweats
Get a little peace
when it rains.

It's happening around the world
due to the change of environment
In third world countries, especially
increasing irritation intensifies.

All of the us together
will have to take the step
If the balance is in the environment
Eventually disaster will decrease.

Nothing important happened
today, we were Far Out

sitting on a beach terrace - space
sun on me, wind on me, free

experiencing the world and myself
comprehending a gull, its attention

to fried fish, in the blink of an eye
feeling the somersault of the surfer

in the distance in my blood
breathing people in and out

cartwheels through my body
and windmills on the horizon

the moving and changing
in variations of the same, no reason

for sickening emotions
Could I have learned this sooner

could my brain have been different
or wouldn't I have been human then?

Ask the wind that stopped-
Why are you stalling?
I can not be overwhelmed as before
It is the pollution at the source.

Ask the tree which is trending downwards -
How this has happened to you?
She answered, as she is ill,
In the absence of water I am in the big trouble
This is how we remain alive.

Ask the fountain that is flowing lifeless,
Why you do not flow like before?
I'm in great trouble being harmed by the environment
No one shows any sympathy.

Let's talk about the slow-moving river-
Where are your excited waves?
Due to lack of navigability, I am dry now
There is no one to see it.

Ask the bird sitting in the shade -
Why are you so depressed
The canals are all filled up
Can not get food properly when I am hungry.

I ask the dusk on the horizon-
Why do not have gold color as before?
The world's back is gray now
Cannot get immersed in the boundaries.

Ask the people who are half awake
This is the way the world should run?

To protect the environment around the world
Everyone should be gathered together and claim.

All humans on earth are one.
We descend from the same family of common ancestors.
We are, in a quite literal sense, siblings,
and like siblings we depend on each other's love
and care and responsibility.
We are interdependent not just in our families and communities,
but in nations, and increasingly on a global scale
- just as we are also interdependent with nature,
with earth and the universe”.
So, different souls  and cultures but one earth,
so, different stars but one universe.

Together we will

live in good times as in bad –

Appreciation

Surrounded in silence

Earth’s luxuries

Knowing that everything was created
to show
us

The signs of becoming

when prism lights run the deepest

Sitting with the pit of a fruit in my stomach

Looking to the space between

Someday I will find my person under the same sky
resplendence

To imagine the day when a soul finds itself
In another
Faith

Merging into the embrace of Silk Silhouettes

Hands held tightly around their bodies

We just know.

Nothing ever comes to us without accepting the space exactly as it is

Loving it and all the beauty it allows

For Eternity is an everything

Grateful for the moments

Infinite patience

Is knowing a higher Power
And believing it has you
Support finds us in many different rays;
A butterfly’s wings are always filled in color no matter how blind we may feel. When things go wrong or a way we may not anticipate or accept for ourselves internally, we must become our own savior and rise above them to find a solution without giving up. This means continuing to do what’s best for us while staying with your assumption at the same time. :)

If something seems too good to be true
it may be that it’s there to deceive you.
