"producers" poems
It wasn’t supposed to be like this
Never had I imagined this
After I first saw you
Sitting in the corner of the coffee shop
Sipping tea with a hint of hazel
Matching the light in your eyes
I used to love that coffee shop
One we went back to many times
At least at first
You would order the same tea
With the same hint of hazel
And I would adore your acute audacity
Ordering tea in a coffee shop
I had friends who told me many things
They hadn’t been afraid to see the truth
Telling me we were moving too fast
Not really understanding where we were
But instead taking the present to define everything
Perhaps I should’ve listened
I had thought you were what they describe as ‘The One’
But your brilliance in my life
Blinded me of many things I should’ve paid heed to
Placing me on the edge of your storm
Instead of reaching the eye of it
As I should’ve
Maybe this is why the movies are fictional
They only exist in our lives until the end credits
Whereas I lived past them
And witnessed the reality
Beyond the list of directors, producers, and actors
Living in a cycle of after-credits
We went to that coffee shop one last time
And I looked
Looked for that same spark which I had latched on to
All those years back
But this time I truly saw you, past the light
This time you ordered coffee
Black, with no hint of hazel

The birthday song is not a song it's not even a small ditty
As it is only four lines long it's really rather ******
There isn't a good chorus so isn't that a pity
A catchy tune it has not got and the lyrics are not witty
This song's lyrics are so short and there all the ****** same
Apart from the 3rd line down when you substitute a name
Okay you say "Dear" instead of "To", but its still a basic frame
So this is not a song at all so why has it got the fame
It's no wonder people alter the words with monkeys in the zoo
And looking like these critters and smelling like them too
Or changed to bread and butter in the gutter or squashed tomatoes and stew
Because the song is so boring so what else can you do
Who the hell wrote this song was it someone who's autistic
Come on now lets be frank and a bit more realistic
If I where to write this song producers would go ballistic
I'd get thrown out of the biz and become a lost statistic
Just because it's your birthday I'm not singing about happy
People are compelled to sing when really its just ******
It's not the best song in the world I don't want to sound so snappy
The birthday song is full of crap just like a soiled *****
It's like we are pre programmed even Marilyn Monroe
To sing the ****** birthday song just for ****** show
But honestly this song is crap and it can surely go
And we can stop with the pretence and cease going with the flow
When your birthday does arrive and your expecting a big day
The time will come when you know your ears are going to pay
Cos someone's bound to start it with or without your say
Why does it have to be sung does it have to be this way
Singing the birthday song should not be a life compulsion
Don't succumb to the trend and quash your minds impulsion
Stamp down on the process and enforce a song expulsion
Do away with this song and all of its revulsion
The birthday song is not a song when it's sixteen words long
Half of them are happy birthday that doesn't constitute a song
The wording is so ****** thin as thin as a snapped thong
And the musical arrangement isn't even strong
People should not sing this song not even a small bit
Why is it classed as a song we should stop singing it
Most of the words are the same and there is a lack of wit
So don't sing the birthday song cos it's not a song it's ****

Do you enjoy sunlight?
or do you prefer the moon bright?
There is a breeze that lifts you up at sunset
There is a cool in the night when your breath rests
This is when I pick you up and take your breath away
There is a groovy vibration when our bodies sway
Holding each other's hands and cuddling
or do you prefer the space and distance?
That will have you dissect and appreciate what you have for instance
Do you look at the time, pushing away the minutes?
Or do you ponder on the breathtaking moments?
Moments that we've had, memories in your diary
or do you wish for more and think that this is only the beginning?
Are you saving up and collecting for the dowry
Establishing a bond that will live on in the pages
of you diary.
Something vintage to be remembered eternally
Do you leave your door open for the love of me?
Or did you time me to come to you before your feelings flee?
do you like romantic candle-lit dinners?
Or do you prefer junk food on my bed and a movie?
Do you enjoy ****** funky music?
Or do you enjoy blue and slow jams?
Do you like to dance?
Or do you prefer trigonometry in bed?
Do you like ice cream or yoghurt?
Was it sweet and smooth then cold when you got hurt?
Will you ever trust a guy again?
Or will you shut out every guy who tries to come in?
I bring you an offer, you make a decision
I intend to take you away for a ride
I am prepared to instill in you a lady's pride
I am willing to go swimming in waters blue
I am devoted to say meaningful words that are true
I wish to make you smile and glow
I wish to take you to theatre shows
Our relationship will be the stage
Love will be the play
The audience, our exes and all those who say nay
We can be the producers and the actors
Inspiring the man above to shine his light upon us
Convincing the cosmos to make our time a big bang
... and finally our composure igniting with the white and giving your eyes sight
Now with wide and broad view, do you like the candles in this light?

My beloved Douro Valley
The land where warm Sun sleep,
Vines and oak trees to greet.
Walls made in the past,
Grapes growing fast.
Love the vines,
Portuguese king planted pines.
My Douro River,
A friend and a giver.
Place where port is made,
British put it on trade.
Lovely flavor,
Share with your neighbor.
The region with natural charm,
Producers without a farm.
Douro valley in a good mood,
Wine pairing well with food.
Warmest regards.

(To JS/07/M/378/ This Marble Monument
Is Erected by the State)
He was found by the Bureau of Statistics to be
One against whom there was no official complaint,
And all the reports on his conduct agree
That, in the modern sense of an old-fashioned word, he was a
saint,
For in everything he did he served the Greater Community.
Except for the War till the day he retired
He worked in a factory and never got fired
But satisfied his employers, Fudge Motors Inc.
Yet he wasn't a scab or odd in his views,
For his Union reports that he paid his dues,
(Our report on his Union shows it was sound)
And our Social Psychology workers found
That he was popular with his mates and liked a drink.
The Press are convinced that he bought a paper every day
And that his reactions to advertisements were normal in every
way.
Policies taken out in his name prove that he was fully insured,
And his Health-card shows he was once in hospital but left it
cured.
Both Producers Research and High-Grade Living declare
He was fully sensible to the advantages of the Installment Plan
And had everything necessary to the Modern Man,
A phonograph, a radio, a car and a frigidaire.
Our researchers into Public Opinion are content
That he held the proper opinions for the time of year;
When there was peace, he was for peace: when there was war,
he went.
He was married and added five children to the population,
Which our Eugenist says was the right number for a parent of
his generation.
And our teachers report that he never interfered with their
education.
Was he free? Was he happy? The question is absurd:
Had anything been wrong, we should certainly have heard.

If I edit language, call me poet, a word-smith if I pro it.
But if I edit music, there's no such name, no tags of respect
just beats to collect, sometimes trash that collects.
I'm a trash collector, musical dumpster diver,
producers dump their trash
I turn their trash to treasure.
Treasure hunter, trash tuner.
There's beauty everywhere
to the eyes of see-ers, the the ears of hearers.
Seagulls see trash and turn obsessive, possessive.
And we feed the other birds, but shoo them away,
but once winter comes,
we hear seagull sounds, and we feel the beech.
We listen for summer in seagulls.
We listen for oceans in seashells,
but I can hear waves in my headphones,
and I can change the tide when the trash comes.

Producers are making films
On the decades of my life.
I'm sitting there, and
I think out loud:
I remember that!
At the Henry Ford Museum
They've displayed my Radio Flyer
And wooden Yo-Yo.
I lost them long ago.
Flea Markets sell postcards
Of Grand Bend Beach and Casino.
I bet my life there.
I've been told
My steel tubular kitchen set
Is retro.
I didn't know.
Classic Car Shows
Put barrier ropes
Around VWs.
They were cheap,
Dependable.
And everything's back in vogue,
'cept me.

Yo I'm tryna hear some new lines, some true lines
Maybe in this darkness I can see the Blue Sky
Like Common Sense, tryna get us out the dirt my friends
But instead, we choose to listen to those who abuse
Those that sound like an alarm clock snooze
Brainless, in ten minutes we'll hear the same ****
Y'all love to make music? That's not what it seems
Cause its apparent to the people, you had a dream
But betrayed that dream once you saw some C.R.E.A.M.
All that paper for a couple of lame joints and some haters
I wanna hear a rhyme about the government, or at least the truth
Like how it's our time to shine a light for the youth
That way, one day, they'll know that wisdom is what we follow
So they can stay away from the darkness before it swallows
Cause once you get in it, there ain't no escaping
From the sky scrapin', paper chasin, devastation, soul deflation
That can occur with the exchange of only a few words
Its absurd how so many let producers be the choosers
You may win that Grammy, but to us you're still losers
Now tell me, is that how it has to be? Cause actually,
The artist that works the hardest never get credit
What I loved so much is no longer respected
So unless you to plan to change and stop fronting
Do us all a favor and don't say nothing

The best actors, with the best directors and producers are in church.
We just play along to make it work.
We all have sinned during the week.
Then get in church and pray for a change.
Just to get out and do it again.
Only fooling ourselves and a few others.,
But not fooling God.
Scams and schemes he plays no part.
We all know those that holds position within church.
Mainly because others don't want the pressure.
Comedians jokes about them.
And we laugh.
Especially when they talk about the ministers ,sisters, elders and deacons.
Even the rabbi and the priest.
We all are actors of this earth.
Pushing on an image to please others.
The only real ones within the church, are the children.
After all, God has stated a child should lead us.
And they are the ones not to be called pretenders.
We have various actors ready to jump.
And claim they doing it in the name of the lord.

Berthed and tailed in Almighty,
Tea showed its mite as an entity
In daily life with its novelty
In reality tea is in plenty
Producers and users make it tasty
To sip in habitual punctuality
Its beauty lies in its utility
Take it hot, not to be hasty
For a break in work, it has its sanctity
In extreme hot or cold, it is naughty
Its quantity goes well with quality
It has limited warranty and guaranty
No pantry without tea
Kudos to tea’s entreaty
For its welcome treat in any treaty
Oh! Behold its entry and pageantry

We all are actors.
Pretenders in life.
Directed by circumstances that come before us.
We, also are life's producers.
Before spouses, we act out apart.
Before bosses, we pretend to be so involved.
Especially in church, where we know what expected of us?
Yes, we all are actors.
Just mainly unpaid.
We , write our own scripts and even edited it.
We also add more to it.
Pretend when required.
Be true to inspire.
We are actors nominated many of times

Just when I thought my muse had left
a splintered staccato formed words on a page;
seems I still have a taste for the treble clef.
Haste in the morning fuels the morning breath
for two lovely dumbstruck lovers looking young for their age
just when they thought their muse had left.
I’m not sure I remember the rest;
The words stop like drumsticks dropped in rage,
but I still have a taste for the treble clef.
Desperate to try as my cousin suggests
burning through candles, tarot, and sage
just when I’m sure my muse has left.
I vote for stripping this verse and shredding the rest
Getting in with producers and out with the wage;
We still have a taste for the treble clef.
Tequila sunrise and a Mumford sunset;
Is freedom a ***** once you’re out of the cage?
Just when I thought my muse had left,
seems I still have a taste for the treble clef.

You don't hear it much
My music, my muse
My soul was taken away
That's something big to lose
Contracts signed and sealed
Delivered...not to me
Money never came my way
Not a penny did I see
Follow the music and you will find
Musicians like me,
We all went and signed
Contracts worth nothing
Not to us, not a cent
Follow the money
And see where it went
We poured our emotions
Our hearts and our souls
We gave them our music
Which they all then stole
Producers, execs
all down the line
All made the money
On songs that were mine
I heard all the rumours
But, they must be wrong
Then I wrote and signed off
On another hit song
Follow the music and you will find
Musicians like me,
We all went and signed
Contracts worth nothing
Not to us, not a cent
Follow the money
And see where it went
I was not famous
But, there must be some sales
Just follow the money
From the bargain bin pails
Somebody, somewhere
Was raking it in
As companies folded
In the business of tin
Houses of cards
Fold and collapse on the floor
But, the money went somewhere
'Cause I'm still in the stores
Follow the music and you will find
Musicians like me,
We all went and signed
Contracts worth nothing
Not to us, not a cent
Follow the money
And see where it went
Somebody made out
Like a bandit with me
My albums still selling
From around sixty three
Just follow the money
And see where it goes
Into some execs houses
And some dj's nose
I'm too old to go
And do a oldies rock show
I'm always invited
But, I never will go
My voice is all raspy
And one thing's still wrong
I get paid for the singing
But, I don't own the song
I know that I made it
But I hate the sound
Of my music creations
That I sold by the pound
Every time that they surface
On late night FM
I know somebody else
Made cash off of them
Just follow the money
And then you will see
The thousands of others
Who were ripped off like me

we live in a world
where people are killed because they are different
because of their race their beliefs
where women are ***** till death
labeled as *** machines and baby producers
where nice people are stupid and naive
and hypocrites are smart and have understood life well
where with money you can get everything
where women and children are sold like sheeps
where the innocents are guilty and the guilty are innocent
where millions are dying from hunger and poverty
we live in a world where since its existence not a single day had passed without spilling blood
what a beautiful world we are living in !!

I dreamt of draupadi,
birthed by fire
foot on black coals
smoldering
face smothered
soot
an offering vengeance -
mocked, name soiled
a scapegoat for war
because of a purpose
dictated by her father,
for laughter imaged from her lips
a blame only a man or five,
a few producers, even,
can shift to a woman.

This time is precious,
every moment infectious.
One minute in a parking lot,
parking cigarettes in the dirt,
outside a library no less.
And from one minute to the next,
shaking hands with a councilwoman.
Just her presence,
was a good omen.
This is a community meeting,
ahead of a strike,
on May 15th.
Our fight?
Our cause?
Wage parity.
The resource vitality,
of every worker,
and every family.
Every human deserves dignity.
Repeat it with rapidity.
We are all created equal.
This is a civil rights sequel.
You can't survive on $7.93
And if it were up to me,
No job would pay less than
FIFTEEN.
The rich can't inoculate,
what they didn't anticipate.
Fry cooks, cashiers, drive-thru tellers,
(these ain't no "bums" or beggars!)
They met up with activists,
and labor leaders.
They've walked off the job
and into the streets!
They've come out,
to take a stand,
to shake off their chains,
and make some demands!
$15 and a union!!!
If you haven't taken notice,
I don't what you've been doin!!!
I hope McDonald's, Wal-Mart, and retailers galore,
value the profit-producers,
running their stores.
The notion upon which,
both capitalists and socialists can agree,
is that labor produces value according to theory.
The media are watching,
in case you need reminding.
Watching you rake in BILLIONS,
while paying and STEALING,
POVERTY WAGES.
We call this condition,
hard-working ENSLAVEMENT,
with pay-as-you-go debit card "paychecks"...
And all this "part-time"
just to make sure workers are best
nickel'd and dime'd!!
But what you don't seem to understand,
is that this movement is long overdue.
Do we need a historical inflation review?
And this $10.10 business?
Please!
What is this 1993?
You can't sanitize,
Baptize,
nor televise,
this struggle.
These are a people who've had enough.
'Ya Basta!' they say! 'Enough is Enough!'
Enough struggle,
enough hustle,
Enough putting in muscle,
and your time, and blood,
and sweat and tears,
many with children,
many for years,
without a pay bump that keeps pace,
with the basic cost of living these days.
Still a minimum wage,
of only $7.93?!
I say 'Ya Busta!'
if you ask me.

I take pleasure in the simple things
And I know a lot of people say that
But I think a lot of people get carried away
With the idea of getting carried away
They watch movies for the special effects
Go to baseball games for the big names
And watch trains go by for the wrecks
But I take pleasure in the simple things
The other day I paced in the rain
It was summer so the warm water
Reminded me of growing up in Shanghai
Where the chemical rain would burn when it touched you
And that's a happy memory for me
I watch movies for the kisses
The Humphrey Bogart
Reach out and kiss the crap out of them kisses
The Ingrid Bergman sly, seductive kisses
The Audrey Hepburn innocent, eyes closed kisses
I go to baseball games to smell the air
Little league games, high school games,
Minor league games, professional games
It doesn't matter they all smell like dirt and leather
I like to walk by freshly mowed lawns
Because it reminds me of when I was younger
And played soccer every Saturday morning
On just cut grass
I love, love, love to watch little kids run in circles
For absolutely no reason at all
I take pleasure in the simple things
I think too often people
Try to measure the was of each day
Against the could be of every dream
Forgetting that we don't ask our dreams
To accomplish themselves between 9-5
Some people get caught up in
Trying to live their life
Like it was a scene from a dream
They drempt while they slept last night
And though sometimes life can seem like a movie
We are not producers or directors
Merely actors following our lines
Trying to feel out someone else's vision
So I find pleasure in the simple things
The parts no producer could control
The lines that aren't in the script
The prettiest rose on my bike ride home
Warm Rain
Dirt
Leather
Cut grass, little kids, and puppy dogs
Because if we limit the pleasure we find
To the greatest moments in our lives
We're never going to believe it's happening when it is
Always dreaming there could be more to our life then there is
And when we do finally believe
The only chance we'll have to smile
Will be at a memory
And we'll miss all the beauty and pleasure
The world and life
Has put in front of you and me

Followers of Sfera would be glad to know that the Spanish fashion brand recently launched its Fall-Winter 2016 collection at its flagship store in SM Makati.
The event, held in partnership with the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in the Philippines (La Camara Manila), had the local Spanish community and members of the diplomatic corps among the guests.
They were treated to a fabulous showcase of the collection, along with cocktails and an exciting shopping experience.
In attendance were Maria Jose Carrasco, wife of Spanish Ambassador Luis Antonio Calvo, Pedro Pascual of the Commercial Office of the Embassy of Spain, Alfredo Roca, vice president external of La Camara Manila.
Sfera, part of Madrid’s renowned El Corte Ingles Group of Companies, opened its first store in Asia in the Philippines in 2014, on the second floor of The SM Store Makati. In 2015, it opened more branches—on the second level of Building B in SM Megamall, and on the upper ground floor of SM Seaside City Cebu.
September 2016 saw its first department store corner at The SM Store in Aura Premier.

From SM, heading to the opposite side of town, we were treated to a gastronomic symphony at one of our favorite restaurants, Salvatore Cuomo.
The six-course dinner, prepared by chef Salvatore Cuomo himself, served as a sneak peek of his new dishes on the menu.
The Italian culinary titan has narrowed the boundaries between innovation and fine taste. The meal was a roller-coaster of dynamic flavors and textures—an array of small bites paired with light aperitif for starters, washed down with Italian and French medium-bodied red and white wines.
In true Salvatore Cuomo fashion, the ingredients used in the entire dinner were thoughtfully selected and sourced from the best producers in Europe and Asia.Read more at:http://www.marieaustralia.com/formal-dresses-sydney | www.marieaustralia.com/red-carpet-celebrity-dresses

There's something about everything about nothing about how we were created, tiny blips in a system of "Nothing Even Matters" starring the worst producers in the universe. One could catch a glimpse of us as they pass by to get to somewhere better and laugh, and shake their heads and they would know our only purpose in existence was to make them feel better inside. But whoever writes a book in the view of the indifferent? Whoever directs a movie where nothing different happens? That's like asking who remembers the forgotten, it's possible but ever so unlikely, and sure as sine is undulated, under appreciated, somewhat very deflated, and though we aren't remembered, we sure aren't too terribly hated.
There's something about anything that could be distributed as significance in this underrated little beauty, flourished world that runs about full of life and clarity, streaming with disparity, slow depreciating, and sometimes we're defeating the purpose of why we're unique, and we slowly take the filters out of our little selfie, loosing all this isn't healthy, and we diminish all signs of any significance and we become as lifeless as a meteor, and I sometimes think "What is this for?" And then I simply sigh and take my sunglasses outside and stare into the sun, and wonder if anyone in the entire world has gotten off their iPhones or TVs and stared at the sun along with me.
There's something about how I feel when the little things get to me, like grades or dating drama, getting larger, more dramatic, oh it's such a ceaseless phlegmatic, and I sit at my stirring house and wonder how I can bear to live it anymore. But then I start to realise the person passing over is really staring us in the face and watching this world run in place. I'm not going to think about it anymore, it's all part of Earth's perpetual cycle, I'm not going to stop this utter nonsense now because it's time for me to go to my next class.

Doctor discussing with detective.
Patient mumbling to themselves.
"Yes, I am an actor."
Cut to rewind, of producers watching take in post.
Rewind actually fast forward in post, watching alternate lines of same scene.
Cut to alternate scene as if it was reality.
Doctor discussing with detective.
Patient mumbling to themselves.
"Yes, I am a model."
"CUT! That's a wrap!"

I'm not immune to profanity, so will you please Stop! So much of it is spoken, I am about to drop.
Why do we have English teachers, to teach us how to speak? For those stuck on using profanity, the English teachers are the ones to seek.
I'm not immune to profanity, in fact it makes me sick. To hear it constantly spoken, can really give you a fit.
I'm not immune to profanity, can T.V. Producers find familiar clean words? To continue to hear profanity, are something that shouldn't be heard.
I'm not immune to profanity, and I never will. People have been known to use them, and they have gotten themselves killed.

Truth, information dissemination, collaboration.
Free exchange of art,
without paying greedy producers, and publishers.
Unifying love motivated people,
aiding in support group organization.
The internet isn't only for **** shopping,
and distracting us from the truth.
And no amount of **** site redirects, war game adware,
and celebrity secrets popups will conceal the truth forever.
No amount
