Maybe he wasn't meant to come in quietly,
He was meant to come in soaring,
Come in roaring with personality.
With the type of persona that could settle the beast inside me.
So strong, so peaceful, that tears roll down my face.
Not because he's overpowering
But because his gentle force moves me in a way
That only strong tides can move the gentle ocean.

~ The way he moves.....me

Man I think I've seen enough of staring death in the eyes, cause couldn't disguise or even come to terms to emphasize  what was before my eyes, I've uncover the lies, made a paved pathway for the condemned to walk upon.
Depraved to stand aside, when we confide what left of us, words of this sort..to some wont comprehend.
unlisted.  Missed it.    Before your eyes.
Harmonize the thought                           To later dismiss it.
But we all know I'll reminisce it later.
To my twin, or wrath.
No difference of how thick the blood runs if my math is right I step foot right into your path.
I hold the rays that light the bay
Early in the morning
I smell the salt and taste the air
as the day is forming
The gulls turn wing and then they fling
their Feathers to the sea
The clouds peer pink as they sink
lighting comes a storming
The air picks up and cools my cup
of coffee that remains
I step in the boat that's sure to float
knowing the journey's waiting
The planks are sound , the masks come round
the ropes and fibers straining
A chop that blows , the tide it flows
the ebb of life has past
The sea's dark gray and appears to say
your albatross awaits you
Whatever's to be is alright with me
I'm not captive to this world
I drop my sails , ring three bells
Here ye , here ye , here ye
I set my course without remorse
destined for eternity
I used to live in Panama City , Florida .

You had a mind like a diamond

And eyes like the ocean,

Where even the most seasoned sailor

Could get lost.

Why did your waters wane?

Will you or I ever be the same?

What happened to your ocean eyes,

The ebb and flow of moonlit tides

That danced with me along the shore

But now are suddenly no more?
The sea is beauty
The sea is deadly

in baler where the sun shines and the waves visit
is where freedom bathes under the blue skies
in the seaside realm of surfing

simple hotels line the shore
where you can run to the beach fronts
after settling in little white rooms,
and in the blue water
wait tanned, youthful surfing instructors--
local boys of the province who've grown up
with the salt water as their playground.

get on your surfboard and
join the waters,
"mag-timing ka sa alon,"—
"wait for the waves", the instructors say
and lie down on your stomach on the surfboard,
and when you do get the waves you ride them fearlessly,
you are lifted, invincible,
by the hands of the philippine sea.

and if you don't surf,
the smooth sands are there,
calling you to lie around
under the seaside sun.

and when night falls
and the waves are reckless,
you can sit on the sand
with a bonfire and some drinks—
watch the stars
with the sound of the tides as your music
and do not fear;
for in the morning
the waves will come rushing
back to the shores of Balers
to give anyone freedom
as they always do.
Baler, Aurora—a beautiful province in the Philippines known for its beautiful oceans, a place where surfers and everyone else come to ride its waves.

perhaps what brings you to me
is the moon's pull
of the ocean's waves:
you, my tides

i'll catch you
when you fall
and i'll hold on to you
when you rise

but this is only possible if
the earth, sun and moon--
our entire universe--
aligns for us
live in the sea,
love by the moon

sometimes i like to imagine myself as a mermaid, and you, the tides

PS. there's a real "Mermaid Moon", or aka "Titan", and it's Saturn's moon!

Be like tides, adrift. Watching as the smiling moon rises, and as the sun in all it's glory weeps. For love without melancholy is nothing more than a joker's folly. Feel the highs and the lows that come and go, and know that you are not alone.

Like the waters of a tide
Life swells and ebbs in moments
Of clarity
Lost in tangles of confusion
And frustration
As clear as the foggy lakeshore
On a stormy night
When the waves rose up behind you,
And began to drag you away,
I threw every piece of me out to keep you afloat,
I couldn't let you die,
I would sooner rip myself to shreds to save you,
But when those vicious currents came after me,
The undertow swept me away,
And you just watched,
You were too scared of the water to help me,
I understood why,
No one had ever been willing to possibly drown for me,
I just thought you were different...

The trick with flaming hot Cheetos
Is to eat all that you want
Before you drink any water.

If you eat some, and then drink,
And then eat some more,
Your stomach will be an ocean

With breakers crashing to and fro
On the banks of your inner shores.
It will not feel nice, so make sure

To follow this advice; for I am, when
It comes to Cheetos, an old man who
Has for learned from my many years

Of eating one way, and eating the other.
And I have found the better of the two,
So heed my authority.
