Ask anyone,
They have never seen me
Without bangs and a jacket

The bangs hide my face
So I don't have to face the world

They're not in style,
But I'm not in style,
So it's okay

I wear a jacket everyday
Even when I dress up
My arms are weak and scarred,
It's best to hide them

Both are insecurities,
I always get teased for them,
But I need them
To hide

I am far to insecure
To lose the safety
Of my bangs and jackets
I really can't write today sorry...... This was inspired by a book

I know that you are
Just teasing,
And I will smile
And laugh,
And pretend it doesn't hurt

But honestly,
It feels as though
You just stabbed my heart
With an ice cold
Dagger

So even though you are
Just teasing
And I will smile and laugh,
I want you to know that
Maintaining that smile
Gets harder each day.

So if you continue to tease,
I give you fair warning,
Soon there may be
Nobody to tease.
Don't worry, just getting some feelings out

Oh, sorry, my man
You're teasing me again
But I won't be affected
I won't change how I feel
Always and forever
It's the same heartbeat
Unaffected by your teasing. lol

Don't tease me
You think I'm easy?
Was I the only one trying work this out?
I'm sick of you
Goodbye
You are the fisherman and I am the trout
You cast out sweet compliments as bait
I swim around as temptation grows stronger
I take the bait and it's wonderful for a short time

Soon to find out you were just leading me on
Then stab me, when I thought you were being kind
The pain grows stronger as I try to swim away from you

You reel in my soul and collect another heart
In the end, you were the player who won the game.

im torn between
reliving the old crush
the wandering eyes
smart remarks
knowing you want me
and yet feeding into it

putting on the right jeans
walking in the room
knowing that you're alone
and you want all of me
it's innocent teasing

but this is old
i was merely five
the remarks began
buying my food
i was claimed by you
screamed you loved me
everyone knew

yet you never make a move
my sister catches your eyes
tight shirt with a small waist
your lustful eyes glimpse
i want you to touch me
and you're coming more strong
you've waiting eleven years
can you not take the teasing?
reliving the foolish days(;

Our souls were
        Heavy with

Silence, on the night we parted.
At least, they were to our ringing ears.
Yet everyone could hear it but us, it seems.

That sad melody of our hopes and our fears,
        Heard from miles and years
Away... of sad romances and softly whispered dreams
That our hearts told us could never be... They were right, it seems.

        You won't remember my face.
Only echoes of my skin; like a portrait
Under a portrait, painted over in every empty space
        ...
        Like so many failed paintings;
        Like so many failed...

My hands won't even allow me to write.
        Isn't that
Sick?So... Don't ask me to write any more. I won't ask you to
        Sing

        More. I'll write no further
Eulogies for our failed sonata. Here's the coda. There's the door.
????   Isn't it funny? That we couldn't hear that sound before?
We were singing such beautiful songs, but they were
Melodies that the singers couldn't hear. Isn't that the definition of ironic?
And... Though I couldn't hear our last symphony, I would
Dare say that could my ears have divined that melody...
Every note had to be perfect. As if the composer of that song had designed it

To be sung in a duet....
Another story, another end, and another heartbreaking page to catalogue it. Nothing left to do but play my violin until sleep takes me. Goodnight, HP.

I could tell what mood she was in by the apron she was wearing. She was mixing something sweet. The air hung heavy with powdered sugar. I slipped into our small kitchen and wrapped my arms around her. I could feel the heat of her back on my chest. I gave her a soft kiss on the cheek. She dipped a finger into that sugary goodness and brought it to my lips. I licked that divine icing from her index finger and whispered, "I want more."

It's funny,
A little taste of something,
Something good can drive someone insane,
Only wanting more,
More of the good times,
More of you and your smiles,
More of you grabing my hand,
Setting it gently on your leg,
As if to invite me to let go,
Inviting my to feel and love,
This was but a taste,
And you neglect to mention that fact,
Neglect to mention in a few weeks you'll rip my heart out,
Then leave me in silence,
With only my pain,
All over just a little taste,
It was but a taste
