"There's been a million before me,"* and
Having been in the mental health field for a while now;
Each day I'm always learning and sharing "That ultra-kind a

Love,"
one that I'll "never walk away from."
And "I will shield you from the waves, If they find you."
So "I'm done with having dreams;
The thing I believe;

Oh, you drain all the fear from me."

From this moment on "I will protect you."* I'm "just

The last of a dying breed,"

Hoping more people will come out and help others.
Every day someone needs help and

Really we're all in this together. No one is alone.
Every day "I wonder if your therapist knows everything
About me."
I'm just "here in search of your glory."
Love is all we need!

One day, we'll see that mental health is okay,
Not something to be feared.
Enjoy life for what it is and
So much greatest will come to you!

                                                                                   *STAY STRONG!

wrote this as I was staring at the lyrics to this song from Fall Out Boy.
When I first heard this song I always had a special feeling to this song and it's one my favorite songs! Plus mental health is super important and we aren't alone, there's always someone to talk too, a teacher, a friend, family, or therapist. Just find someone and don't let go of them. Stay Strong, you are loved!

You are a gem among the souls
Polished to sharp edges
Radiating spectrum of colors when held
A smile of the morning sun
Stretching around your simple creation
Stops time in its track
Lips of heavenly clouds
Stained my heart in a single kiss
Eyes of cocoa dream
Dancing to imaginary tunes
Drowning the roars of the ocean around
People speculating insanity
But for me
An addiction unlike other
A heart that leaves even the saints envious
Look at what you have made
What you are
What you hold
A life
Of unmade bed
And adorable pups
Filled with passion
For chocolates
And lust for adventures
Pay no heed to the whispers
That haunt your ears
For they are just jealous
Of what you have
And what they don't
A beautful life,
Of your making.

The Veteran Soul lives on always.
Papa fought in the extreme cold.
Memories of you and me.
Stills his companion nightmares on battling scenes.
All those firing bullets rage on in waves of saturating hate.
Couldn't even seal his fate.
His best friends.
His very respected mates succumbed to untimely fates.
He heard within himself....
in the context of his heart...
These words saying, 'America..
America!
How I shall fight to defend your free.
Give me that enduring faith of yours ole liberty.
If I lay down my heart beats for thee.
Just don't forget I died for my mighty country.
As he heard the grenades bursting away.
He continued to run into harms way.
And then one bullet pronounced him dead.
The picture page flips to his honored grave.
His loving wife and daughter of eight.
Hold together his hero's American flag in their shared hands.
Their tears respectively fall on that precious American flag...
That flag.
That powerful receipt represented that he had died for the ideals of his homeland.
As his family walks away.
Dressed in the silhouette garb of grieving ways.
You could hear the song of 'America the beautiful.
The beautiful song permeating in the haloed whispers from his warrior's grave.
Even to this moment.
Where we honor and celebrate him and all Veterans on Veterans day.
I love you our Fallen and those still
Alive.
You are my brave Veteran Soldier Eyes.

A  fictitious story about a brave man who died for the ideals of his homeland.
A Soldier Heart guarding the Gates of Heaven.
My brother.
My best friend.
Enough Said.
Embarking on Angel duty.
Enough Said.
Did you all hear what I just said?
My hero!
My best friend.
A fellow soldier.
Watching over me and
all those he loves.
I feel proud to have an
angel buddy protecting me from above.
This is "Forever Soldier Friendship
Love."

My gnawing heart upsets my soul;
I have been drained of my cheerfulness, and there is now a hole.
There is no reason for this sorrow;
But yet I still think about the anxieties of tomorrow.
I simply cannot let go of my tears;
Alas! I still worry about my dark fears.
Yet there is a way to conquer this foe;
By asking those you love to pick you up when low.
There is still hope my fair kin;
For a new joy starts rising, and soon will begin!

For you are not alone in this fight;
Family and neighbors share with you their delight.
Their love is spread deeply all around;
They would put you on a throne, and have you crowned.
I tell you again, you are not by yourself in this world;
For the ones so dear to you will surely make your sorrows unfurl.
Friends and family are amongst you always and forever;
For they actually think you are quite clever.
You must look at this in a way that is strong;
For your family and friends were there all along.

She was radiating rainbows with mystic fogs
Put her down,
She smiles and laughs
Always a puzzle I never got right
Snap her bones,
She heals overnight
Cut her heart,
She bleeds hues
Hurt her beloved,
Hell breaks loose

First as a thought
Then as a life
Once as a dream
Ending in a scheme

Once as a husband
Then as a father
For him,
Children were no bother

One is a daughter
And one a sonn
Once as father
His time was done

Once was a life
Lived in strife
Once was a boy
Who innocently loved his toy
And as this boy grew
His experience did too

He learned to live
Learned to love
The one he loved
As elequent as a dove
And as he grew
His love did too.
His love was returned
By the one he so yearned

And after a while
A white dress came to style
With two circles of gold
Their hearts were sold

As they raised their son
They awaited nine months to come
For a baby girl would soon run
Time passed with joy
Until the day momma screamed out
"OH BOY"
8:15 early mornin
The baby girl was born

There once was a daughter
There once was son
The once was a father
Who thought he had won

Two years passed
As life slowly collapsed
Well father got ill
And momma cried, paying the medical bills
Until her last 'I love you'

11 years late, still to this day
For mother, son and daughter,
Father will never fade away

Another year later
12 since he passed
The memories and thoughts
Of daddy haven't faded away

13 years since that fatefull day
Memories stay and stay
For many more to come,
Another year, on and on.
Closer to seeing daddy
In years to come,
daughter will be embraced again

There is a daughter
And there is a son
There's also a mother
Who will forever love my father
