By the ramp of the dearly departed
Still lay his faded fingerprints
While yet another
Was thrown in the morbid bed
Still reeking
like death

The hall deserted
His breathing slow
Hope fading
The morale low
Thoughts crept
Like death

And another after another
Was thrown into the list
Ever growing
Breaths slowing
Ever reeking
Like death

Lying in a corner
Groaning beneath the mask
A soul once alive
Moaning over the past
Waiting for a cure
Like death

And one last breath
Felt in the night
He wished to be his last
He couldn't hold on
To this madness, so
Like death

There was this glimmer
A ray of light
The suffering might end
Things could go right
Maybe slowly
Like death

The world was healing
Not all hope was dead
The once confined bodies
Will rise out of bed
Defeating tragedies
Like death

With a combined might
And hope alight
Strength in prayer
And hearts twinned
The world rose up
From death.
Inspired by the pandemic.

One more
And there goes another
And another
I'm helpless to this assault

One cherry here
A cherry there
Completely red cherries
****** scarlet cherries

One, inhale
Two, exhale
Keep going
It's still far away from Three

One second
Took that long
For memories to seep in
This would be first and last

One droplet
Of sweat and milk
Lay on sheets
Evidence it was real

The great puts itself last not first,
For it carries the weak, that all succeed.
And if strong falls where weak walks,
Surely the strong is less than weak.
It's no greatness to put yourself first,
For even the worm cares for itself.
The brave may die for one it loves,
But only Love dies for its enemies.
homeless, nameless, tragicomic living past the place where scavenging doesn’t last.

ready supply of wretchedness unlimited, shopping cart full of your discards skimmed.

no more we say evil Oh God, words over exercised, gone, excised, fk-you-exorcised.

lost the remaining of the last promise gripped, the losses are ice in July, fixed.

my suburban brain, burned, the volunteer firemen failed to care, appear.

put my past you, you, exhibited the lesser lesson, the faun ceased dancing.

where the bloodlines went, just veins who purposely are now deafened, dumb, silenced.

no depth, no plumb line necessary, for measuring the zero deep, the last imperfect pairing.

To this covid-02-19
virus nightmare
Nothing bad ever last
Nothing bad ever last!

To my absent family
Tortured covertly
drugged for years
Unbeknownst to them
by those they consider best friends
but are leathal impostors
nothing bad ever last
Nothing bad ever last!

To my unprovoked enemies
Nothing bad will ever last.
demonizing me
to my beloved kin
Nothing bad can last.
Nothing evil ever last.

This economic system collapse
covert pandemic WW3,
Millions dying unvaccinated
Billions unemployed dying
vaccines Pfizer containing
potassium cloride ingredients
given large dose then
dying unannounced.
this darkness too shall pass

Star light vessels we are
human spirit resilient armed
Nothing bad ever last.
Nothing bad ever last
Nothing bad ever last.

Nothing bad can ever last!

I started to tell the lie that shes fine and that shes okay
She's a little bit sick that's why she looks so down today.
But she's not fine and this feeling wont go away
That aching feeling that makes her chest drown in its own blood
That little spark of hope washed away within the flood
Her grounds were shaking yet I still lied
Her soul was crumbling every part of her died
But she tries her hardest to laugh and joke
I was just there to make sure on her lies she didnt choke
I just wish there was something I could have done to make it alright
But I left her stranded on her battle field losing her own fight
She didn't break down until she was alone in her room that night
She scratched at her wrist wishing it would be the last
The last time that she remembered her old haunting past
She felt sleepy so she slept not thinking it would be her last
She died right there she died alone drowning in her past.
