Sometimes when I close my eyes I swear I can see you
Someone that makes my heart beat wildly
That gives me shivers of warmth and love down my spine
But all I have ever witnessed
Has been in my mind's eyes
I want to believe you are real
Not just a figment of my lonely imagination
I want to believe you are out there
Picturing me in your mind
Filled with wonder seeing my smile and my eyes
Yet I somehow feel you are my Pygmalion
A stone cold picturesque image of longing
That I cling onto in the long dark nights
Waiting for the gods above to come down
And move your stone cold visage of my mind
Into the soft warm flesh of reality
I want to say I look forward to meeting you
And I hope one day I do
And I will sing my praises up to the sky
Up to the gods
Who granted me my greatest joy
My greatest creation
My Pygmalion
There's a hopeless romantic in me please help

20:
My heart is bleeding...
I feel like crying...
I miss him so...
Where did he go?
Is he still even there?
I can't seem to find him anywhere...
I hope he will turn up on Monday...
But it is still such a long way...
Why do I need to wait?
Is this my fate?
Will I ever see his smile?
I guess I need to wait a while...
Every day is a painful wound...
Every hour is another disappearing piece of ground...
Every minute is making me dizzy...
Every second is driving me crazy...
But I know I can survive...
Even though I don't feel very alive...
All I can do is wait till he's back...
I'll eat a snack...
I'll get something to read...
I'll answer my sister's plead...
I'll imagine my Kingdom...
While being doomed to boredom...

She is the unseen world
within the world
at best imagine her!

I feel the feather-light touches
Of imaginary fingers
As they creep across my shoulders.
Longingly,
I pretend that the pressure
Across my chest is the security
Of your arms holding me.
But really, it is the constricting
Bind of loneliness
Gripping me tightly.

what wonders exist,
                    i imagine,
                            behind your eyes?

what wonders exist
                       in
          the palm of your hand?

                        it would be miraculous
          if those wonders
                                       felt
                        anything
                 like
your lips.

From a young age,
I took hours to imagine scenarios
Where interesting things happened,
Mostly to me,
To deal with an unkind reality.
A coping mechanism
That I never really grew out of.

Imagination
What can you create today
Imagine, then do...!

Use all the imagination you have, now create more....

I imagine our bodies lying down
our ears desperately trying to stay awake
so that they could hear the crickets
and enjoy the creek's burble

My eyes told yours "Look, there are tulips nearby"
Your feet are extending to enter the water
There is a drop of sweat on your forehead

My tongue tastes the red apple,
Your mouth once told me it
prefers yellow ones

My mind starts counting how many
red tulips my eyes see, how many yellow ones they perceive
My soul wonders what yours is up to
Does your mind come up with
this scenery
every time
you try to
fall asleep?
Maybe it's just me.

The sun is smiling on a beautiful spring day
We are alone, swimming in serenity
Our hands are intertwined,
our souls longing for the same fate

I'm infatuated with how my eyes see you through my mind's prism
With the picture they create of you.

I surrender to their imagination - their strength, a weakness in disguise.
I let them mold you, destroy and recreate you.
I know it's all they'll ever see.
