i could give you the whole universe but then i’d just be giving you yourself ebony silhouettes painting a supernova ink bleeding through a canvas of light fragmented stars gleam in your eye will you be the ruler of my sky
i could drown in your oceans of stormy gray lose myself in your forests so emerald green you exist on the border between reality and not gravity hits hard and fast i could give you the whole universe but then i’d just be giving you yourself
Stars are death galaxies across our sky, they’re hope and dreams, they are there when you just can’t stand one more day, they’re there to remember you that your existence can be beautiful.
It's scary how life can change For now, I witnessed the sky fall As I float in those galactic eyes Anchor me down will you? To the core of your gravity May I land gracefully in your earthly embrace to kiss those rosey cheeks?
staring at the night sky, stars are visible, twinkling so bright and suddenly, an epiphany hits your mind the universe is infinite it makes us small but, we have the brightest light.
There’s so much pain in my heart That it seeps through when I sleep at night And when rivers flow I can’t help myself to drown
I miss you everyday, For I can’t see you Even if you’re near I’m torn apart You feel so far away My heart aches Because I do this to myself
One thing I know for sure Even if I’m two galaxies away It doesn’t mean I’m gone For I’ll always live in your heart Because I’ll always be you Just don’t forget me And when you need me the most Just remember, I’ll always be here
Vibrant streaks of green and blue and violet twist in your eyes, like a beautiful galaxy and I want nothing more than to catch each shooting star and leave my wishes on your lips.
I'm not sure that this is a poem but rather a pretty thought. It was written in 2016.
It was rather beautiful the way he put her insecurities to sleep. The way he dove into her eyes and chased away her fears the way a tail chases it's comet across a pitch-black sky. Her eyes became a galaxy and he could see the dreams she kept coiled beneath her bones.
