I live in those dreams,
that are fairy tales,
and yet, because of you,
it's my real life.
Thank you for both.
My husband is my fairytale and real life love. For so many years, I was with a narcissistic except at that time I didn't know what it was or his diagnosis. I barley got out alive. I was fatally injured many.times within that 20 years. You don't understand why I stayed. I didn't either not until I finally gout our for the last time, for good. I woke up one day and told myself. That I was going to put myself into counseling because I needed to understand what was so wrong with me and why or how I became such a monster that set him up and I learned a lot for the better. So this short poem comes from that kind if. The man I finally married that O swore to him that I'd never date him or anyone else much less get married and God only know I didn't want to love him after all those years ×th my ex. And honestly I finally was on my own with my youngest son, felt free except for tormenting myself over the past. So I wrote him a poem that went something lie... most women marry the man of their dream.... I married you but you were never the man of my dreams....because the only dreams ai had were nightmares and night terrors... something like that with more words.

Daddy was in my bed
long ago, I keep that
in the oval Choclat tin can
with my straw yellow hair

from the first time
it was cut by daddy
Mum was in the kitchen
wearing her slippers

He waited impatiently
for the porridge and took the scissors
Then, his porridge was too hot
and mum's was too cold

So he moved on
to my plate, creak
my chair broke
Weird but true

my porridge was delicious, just right
just as it should, satisfied
daddy took a nap in my bed
It wasn't too hard and not too soft

just right, just as it should

A princess
lives
in an eyrie
She has a magic wand
So she rollicks
She gazes
at the Pegasus
that disguised as an
aeroplane

The gardenias
the marvel of peru
the hibiscus
the poinsettia
the sweet pea
and the wisteria
electrify her
The warblers
visit her
everyday

She turns springy in spring
She turns sad in winter
She becomes restless in summer
She rises
like a phoenix
from the ashes
Again
she eagerly waits
for spring

She travels
to salubrious
places
She is elusive
It's an autobiography!!! lol

The forest was so dense,
he could not recognize
whether it is day or night-
but, suddenly he realized that
some kind of bright light is
emitting from the lucky charm
which was hanging from his neck,
so that he could see the front clearly.

Gilbert never realize
how many sun sets and rises
in between, but
he never stopped-
as if some unknown power
is giving his all the strengths.

That bright light lets his way
towards the darkest corner
of the forest,
where the spiritual ghost lives-
“no one is allowed to pass by
this portion of the forest…”,
he heard a heavy voice,
as if talking over his shoulder.

He mumbles, shivered in fear,
but kept himself cool,
rigid, confident-
he asked, ….(something in whisper…),
however, before asking anything,
the voice said, “I know you Gilbert,
son of Ryan and Alice,
you came here for bringing back
the soul of Bridgette,
your younger sister..”

They talked a lot-
a lot about life,
a lot about after life,
a lot about the creation of life….

They call me a beast,
but how wrong
could they be.

cause every beat
of my heart
I linger for thee.

My enchanted
love for you
is ready to bloom.

Take a leap of faith
and  you'll see
my cursed heart swoon

If you love me
I will give
plenty in return

if there's a way
to your heart
for me to earn

Come to my castle
and I will do
guard duty

To protect and defend
your beloved
precious beauty

(Continued from 5/10)

When Gilbert reaches
the other side of the flying river
(as if the water was not flowing
But, remained still and seem
the boat was not floating on it
but flying),
while stepping down,
he asked the one eyed helmsman,
“how do I go back to my
home?”

The helmsman replied
in his usual voice,
“time travels fast,
thus the whispers of the forest,
I will know what to do next.”

Thus he took farewell and
approaches the dark forest-
unknown birds chirping,
wild wind was blowing,
coyotes were howling from the distant
even during the day
(because inside the dark forest,
it is so dark and it seems
always night).

He was afraid, but not that much
afraid, when his sisters face
was flashing before his eyes-
thus he took bold steps to
reach the destination.
