You,
Me,
On a beach,
To the Bahamas,
Water up to our feet,
You could enjoy a life like this,
I could get use to a girl like you,
Since you're famous and all,
I wouldn't miss this,
Beautiful just like waves,
Rolling in just like the 80s,
Smile and you wave,
I swear you're amazing,
Wishing that you could ever have my babies,
The mostly lovely tendencies,
I bless you every time,
When you sneeze,
I want the good lord to see what he made,
To tell me that you were made for me,
And I know,
That you starred on the Cosby show,
You hate that I love it,
But I love you,
I want you to know.
I ******* love Lisa bonet ❤❤❤❤❤
She may not believe
But you know what you see
She may doubt
But don't pout
If you tell her enough
She will not chuff
You must just tell her
She's beautiful

Yes, this is another poem about that special guy
No, I'm not the one he likes
Maybe, I'm crazy
But when his voice beats against my ear drums I forget about all that

The fact that he has a scar on the right side of his cheek that could hold a painful memory but every time I ask about it, its the same story, "I don't remember"

The fact that he lives in a hotel with his father and sister but left his mother in Philadelphia
I want to ask why but I know my boundaries

Then those stories about all his injuries on his body and I'm all ears
Until I wonder why he doesn't remember how he got that scar on his cheek....
Until I wonder why he shares these stories with me but not with her....

Until I wonder if he doesn't remember that he deserves so much more than a person like *her
She barely gives him the time of day but still he tries to get her attention.

distant thoughts and torn up places
ridiculed hearts and demolished faces
depicted as love but all i feel is hate
if you surround yourself with flowers
you do not truly appreciate
the darkness in my mind
pitch black in every corner
my knowledge is a light
but this light is for me
only i can see
you try to get in
youre trying to win
a competition of mental instability
comparing yourself to the dirts fertility
you are not a flower
you are not a maze
you are a scared little girl
trapped in a haze
you think being sad is a trend?
well i'll tell you what, my friend
this depressions gonna trap you
and it will never end

You
You
you walked into my life
unannounced yet so prominent and visible among the rest
and amongst all the unrest and panic and hazy smoke from ghosts of fiery emotions I could hear you, see you, understand you, feel you in my heart.... though I refused to admit it at the time.
This is a poem I'm not gonna finish yet, mostly because the inspiration and story behind it isn't finished yet. The person this is about knows who she is, and I'm 147% sure she's reading this. You're beautiful.
Sleek is a sparrow
Lithe and narrow
Beautiful in its own tiny way

This morning I realised
You aren't the type
To cry at your wedding.

This is the first step to forgetting
By pulling your faults out of thin air,
Taking a pin to my thoughts
And piercing holes in my fantasies
That explode into a thousand pieces
Showering me in tiny fragments
Of every name you've called me.

Darling

Beautiful

Lovely

But I catch all those shards
Cutting my fingers
Push them into my heart and my mind
And leave myself bleeding.

Is there ever such a thing
When given free of choice
For how much I can know
If constrained by your voice

Only you can say what
You think I should know
How can I know too much
When you hand it out so

You smile over
your cup, the liquid
filled to the brim.
My smile has no
power against
that look; the way
your eyes lock so
beautifully with mine.
Overflowing with
reminiscing thoughts
of our lust-filled
night. The way
we hold onto
each other as
if we were made
for the other.
