No need for us to be
let go the tourniquet
let us bleed
a dark prayer
no candles flickering
deeper now
slow your dripping
coagulate your heart
release your bowls
and let us part

Now that wasn't so bad...
Your still breathing?!
are you mad!

Did you escape the pain?
defeat the sorrow?
We can always try again tomorrow.

Do you know God is going to set fire
on those who failed to read poems?
Do you know there's going to be
No bad weather besides soft quiet storms?

Do you know we gonna meet hordes
Of legendary artists and poets there?
Do you know were going to see Maya,
Tupac, Prince, Kobe, Gianna, Miles,
Micheal Jackson and Shakespeare?

Do you know regular folks, the Saints and all good people are going to be in new Jerusalem?
Do you know a special place has been built for us poets, a place God called poetry-selem?

Do you know poets are going be on the team with kings David and Solomon, writing psalms and hymns?
Do you know we are going to speak a special language and be called by new names?

Do you know our words are going to line the Billboards of Heaven for all to see?
Do you know that the tree of life is heaven's only tree?

Even though most of us won't make Heaven,Poetic Paradise is guaranteed.

You died already,

The thing came and got you,

You're dead bro,

And this is the first thing you've read bro,

In your new life,

You should do right,

Trust in others and yourself,

Do well by the company you keep,

Don't stop at the beep,

Keep counting sheep,

Don't ask questions or the answers will surely make you lose sleep,

Just you be you, let me be me,

But inquire on me and I'll let you see,

The beast that killed you in your last life is the same one that's going to do you in,

If you keep losing focus on this moment, THIS moment you're in,

But if you can somehow keep it, ******* keep it I said, did you win?

Probably not cause I forced you to try and hold on to what you had not,

You can't hold onto a moment if you're really in the present then move on,

Keep moving, keep moving, keep moving,

Keep moving, keep moving, keep moving,

Don't stop moving, never stop moving,

Move forward,

Backward,

Sideways,

******* diagonal, your way or my way,

Just keep moving.
Don't ask.

But stayed in escrow
For all eternity

Is this a dream or nightmare
Dreaming for you to save me
Pull me out from this slumber
Put your hands on my chest and revive me
Sternum breaking
Resuscitation failing

These blankets feel like thorns
Pillows now rocks at the bottom of cliffs

Why do I feel so blind
I was more awake when I was dreaming

If this is a glimpse into the afterlife
My eyes are wide open
I haven’t been the same since

Put your hands deep inside me
Tell me my hearts still beating
That im not just bleeding
Bleeding out

Tell me my callused heart is normal
That we’re both the same
Use your touch to cauterize these wounds
Immolate my human form
To the voices heard beyond the void

Sever the strings that keep me from being who I’m meant to be

Is there anyone there
Answer my cries
Release me from the vastness of this madness

And with dreary eyes, my cracking spine
I’m taking back what’s mine
As I slowly watch your kingdom ******* fall

We have to adapt
Maybe I’m the only one
Unwilling to be one who just sits back in the dark, **** I'll take back what was mine
Broken reality falls down, crushing it’s weight on me, the world is my enemy am I the only one

Stuck in between; the mountains and the sea, yeah that’s where you’ll find me. At the bottom of the ocean or the top of the peak. Always positive or negative, no solace or peace

Look into my eyes, they're reflecting your fear from the past year
But don’t worry, this is not the end
No, this is not the end
Believe me or not, but this reality is not the end

Crawling to the calls beyond the grave
It’s life after this one, not the rest that I crave
My tomb is more to me than a bed
It’s a place where I may lay my weary head
Some say this place is full of dread
But I’ve always resonated more with the dead

Those who fear death are already dead
Those afraid of living will never survive
We’re all dying on the inside

I fail to cry yet I cry to feel
What a waste
What a disappointment
I’m sorry I was something you never appreciated

My soul will walk on the plane of plains
Mistakes made with regrets of my past
Counting down the days till I pass
I knew my happiness could never last
But in this new place emotions are non existent
This is what I’ve been waiting for
Given to me anew, my new existence

I listened to the voices that beckoned to me
Im finally free
To be with those on the other side of earth
This is my rebirth
Somewhere with souls like my own
A place I can finally call home

we "know" about newborns that they are not able to express any emotions except crying

well...

look into a newborn's face for at least half an hour

recognize a very deepness in its glance: a pool of emotions

discover the souls of ancient beings

see them swimming through the newborn's eyes

find ****** expressions of ancestors in the cheeks of the newborn

feel creatures who were once alive..
YouTube: "Marius Müller-Westernhagen wieder hier"

("Wieder hier" is German and in this song it means "back home".)

This poem here is about the returns of souls after death. I wrote it yesterday. And today, "Wieder hier" was playing on the radio.

This tells me that there is a fate. And God.

Sure: People might call my connection drawn between this English poem and a German pop song "random" or even "superstitious".

Fine, I appreciate such ideas. Let me just ask you: Is "superstition" a word and is it part of the English language?

OK. And have people been creating languages?

If so, who created the creators of language?

"Chemistry" might be the most appropriate explanation. I do agree on that.

Just one question left: Who created chemistry?

Today is a good day.

Bringer of after,
I am not afraid.
For I am dying to know,
What is on the other side.

there's so much you can't see
the stars
only visible upon your deathbed
they wink
don't be scared
a whole city made for bliss
and happiness
forever ignorant of the strife of the living
the city of stars
stardust scattered
over the glimmering buildings of power
you are finally ready to meet your Maker
in the city of stars

softly fall the leaves
like a twin-sided blade
from my grasp to the ivory
and towers of the sun
break and heal
across the windowsill
to meet the taut, ashen skin
on the hands
that released me

what is left of death
to behold but the ending?
