I am trapped by my body
Restricted by my skin
You told me not to worry
In this body I don't fit in
I am stuck inside my thoughts
It gets worse day by day
You told me to call all the shots
But I am molded out of clay
Enlisted in you army
Like I don't even exist
You try your best to calm me
But I still persist
I will not let you trap me
I will not enlist
One day you will regret the day
That you let me do this
In my hand there are some pills
I sob as I down 20
I lay down on my bathroom floor
When I close my eyes it stops
Like so many of us, surrounded by binaries and cold concrete,
he finds it hard to say what he feels, and I found it hard
to understand, for a while, that he loved me just as I did him,
when he never vocalised his feelings completely, and I did.
It took me some time to realise he shows them instead, and maybe
that is all the more eloquent than anything I could ever
materialise on a piece of paper filled with smeared ink.
His love manifests itself in lingering gazes and the lightest touch,
in private smiles and the softening of his eyes when I laugh.
Like a child resorts to pointing at things they cannot name,
he ends up holding close what he cannot verbalise he needs.

- “You make me happy,” I tell him. He looks vulnerable and smiles. c.s.

The littlest actions,
the smallest words,
and
the shortest sentences
make
the largest differences.

They say
Words speak louder than actions,
But
Why are your actions louder than your words?
You tell me that you love me,
And yet go into her arms.

Just some words of gratitude,
Or few actions of graciousness,
Followed by the ****** of love,
Deem you as a person thankless.
Yes she assassinated my feeling,
A dove of love just got sadness.
From an ungrateful person...

Tree ******
We have the same Christmas tree argument each year
This year I won
We pruned a limb so the tree would live on
It's the small actions
Which will heal our world
Kindness to all things living
Kindness rules
Out with my kin looking for a limb of tree to prune

Pie can be made with fruit,
Pie can be made with chocolate,
Pie can make you smile,
Pie can make you *****,
Pie can be elaborate,
Pie can be quite simple,
Pie could be literal,
Pie could be a symbol…

The Pie of Life is hot,
Or maybe it is cold,
You could heat it up,
Or maybe it's too old,
The Pie of Life has flavors,
It's dynamically unique,
But what's your pie like?
It's changing as we speak.

Every day it changes,
Sometimes we eat,
But not until we die
Is our Life Pie complete.
Our choices are the flavors,
Our thoughts roll the dough,
Our actions bake our pie,
So what have I to show?

Our pies explain us,
My pie is my success,
Is my pie good enough?
Do I have enough, or less?

Thankfully you've offered me
Ingredients to help me try.
Our friendship is, I'm sure,
A nice addition to my Pie.

Your words can be sold
But time shall tear apart
Every walls and
unhide your flaws.

Let your actions speak
Your greatness,
Your weakness.

Words to explain
are no longer needed.

High expectations turned
disappointment
shall diminish.

Surprise them what you can do
Surprise them who is the real
You.

An inner darkness;
An inner darkness hidden within the mind.
Secluded from the soul.
Sequestered with a smile.
Detestable thoughts
Inconceivable actions
Suppressed only for the accompaniment of pen and paper.
Never to be pronounced.
Never to be perceived.
Pure isolation.
