I saw you flipping through the pages of a book
And I thought to myself I'd do anything to be that book
You were interested in it
You took the time to read every line
To understand each and every word
The way your eyes stared in passion, curiosity, excitement...
The way you smiled at the new information
Everything I've always wanted you to do to me
To actually want to know me...
To actually want to understand who I am...
To smile because you learned something new about me...
To flip through my pages and learn about my life...
Who knew I'd be jealous of a book?

You usually gaze your attention
To the things that were easily tossed by the wind
Without even noticing the very tiny speck
That had already conquered your eyes

Which had caused you to blink for a sec
And made you lose out of your way
Confused with which way to go
Til’ suddenly you are totally lost

And as you began to open it
Teary eyed, with wet eyelids though curled lashes,
All you saw was nothing but a blurry vision
Waiting for it to turn as lucid as you expected it to be

But it didn’t
And so you panicked
And messed it all up
And realized that you just made it all worse
Pay attention to things unseen.

I knew you were already mine
But still
I have this feeling
Of not being complete

No, don’t blame yourself
Because it wasn’t you
And neither was I

It’s just that
Something was missing
That can never be found

I don’t want to
Stay like this forever
Maybe it’s about time
To release these hallucination
And wake up

Not from this dream
But from this nightmare
That you aren’t totally real

You may be in my every poem
That was yet to be written
But that’s all
Nothing more and nothing less

As you read this
I’m pretty sure that it would seem a bit familiar to you
Probably because of the guilt that rises from your throat
For not approaching me back
The moment when our paths had finally crossed
Actually, I was just waiting
For you to do something
But all you did was stood still
Blank eyes, jaw-dropped, and fists closed

If only you knew how unsettled I am
That for every millisecond of the day
My mind roams through yours
As I try to fathom bits and pieces of your thoughts
Trying to build an illusion
In order for us to form a percussion

Maybe was it all bloated in my dreams
Covered with clouds of fear that dim
Popping and popping til’ it starts to compose a hymn
Hoping and hoping to see once again from him

How come I still don’t know your name?
Oh come on!
Stop being so mysterious.
It kills me inside.
My troubled mind
Is forcing me to know more about you
But how could even I?
If your name alone,
I do not know
Please don’t do this to me.
Please.
Make yourself known.
Just for once.

I just love the idea of writing.
Sometimes it will suddenly pull you out of whatever you’re doing
Forcing you to jot down anything that came into you
There was a time when my thoughts are too much to handle on a pen and a paper
So I prefer to collect them first on a crystal clear jar
As it struggles to escape from me
Then I tried to watch them course through the sealed container
Until they have decided to calm down
And as soon as they did,
I would let them escape once again
Giving them the freedom to unite
And a chance to create new ideas once again
In order for me to place them back again
To where they are supposed to be
Nowhere else but, in my brain.
It's good to be back!

Hey you,
Yes you!
What in the world were you doing?
Believe me, it’s not good.
Repent, while you still have the chance.
Someone’s been watching you, remember?
Aren’t you afraid?
Well, it’s up to you anyway.
Take note, I warned you.
