I don't mind the sweet-nothings
you whisper
into my ear every night.
I also don't mind the black smoke
I fill my lungs with
when you leave.

Heavy hearted human beings
They're souls weighing on they're mortality.
Death a slip a bash or a crash away
Looming, praying you ****** up.
You lose your humanity
And pick up your insanity.
Those who lay in the path
Making life painful **for us.
take a closer look
What is true love?
Is it a spark or a light,
Does it show at first sight?
Does it come from above?

Do you know when it's here,
Does it hit like electricity?
Can you choose who it will be?
Does it always shed a tear?

Can you call it fate,
Or is it an accident?
If it just came and went,
Would it still be great?

If you let it go,
Does it always come back?
If it doesn't stay on track,
Do you still let it show?

If you can't express it,
Is it still there?
If it doesn't care,
Is it really worth it?

Do you throw it away,
When it isn't any good?
Even if you should,
Do you miss it everyday?

When your not sure,
Is it always on your mind?
Even when it's hard to find,
Do you always endure?

Is it always diamonds and pearls?
Do you have to stick it out,
Even without a shred of doubt?
Is it gone with the end of the world?

Is it nicknames, like *** and baby?
To be called a husband or wife,
Is it all you need from life?
Or does it just make you crazy?

Is true love always your best friend?
Even when you're far apart,
Do you feel it in your heart?
Does it always last till the end?
You are the moon
that listens to me
at 4 am
when I lie on my back,
looking at the ceiling
thinking
how we could have been,
how we were supposed to be.
But then again,
you are the moon
and I'm the human
and we're million miles apart.
I wish we were closer
that one day
my poems
will be
of pure
*bliss
one day
Slowly
                  you tear me apart
                                                            by every word
                                                                                                     you wouldn't say
                                                              --
i just wish you'd say good night back.
I see butterflies.
I see colours.
*And I see you.
They remind me of him. Vivid and exuberant. Taking my breath away; stealing all hope I have for sanity.
Dear society,

Stop trying to sober us up.
We’re young and bright
and beautiful and loud.
We will light up every
corner of every room
and still shine brighter
than the sun.

Stop telling us to cover up.
We will wear little black dresses
and bright red lipsticks,
leave lip-stains all over
your precious little world
and look so good doing it
that you’ll have to look away.

Stop telling us to slow down.
We live and love with so much
power and strength that we
cannot stop for you
or anyone, for that matter.
Every day is our day
and the world, our oyster.

Stop telling us we’re useless.
One day, we’re going to run the world
for you; going to be soldiers, doctors
writers, artists, speakers of the truth
and the truth is that we’re alive
and strong and here, and
you cannot control us.

From impatient, beautiful, and exuberant young girls everywhere.

Let me undress your heart,
look upon it's naked curves,
let me give it that jump start,
with feelings that play on your nerves.
Let me love you and feel you,
holding you close to me,
between us electric shocks flew,
like a defibrillator,
resurrecting our lives,
into the one we once knew.
Do you ever think of us?
Or are we a lost cause
That I'm still fighting for?
