Eleanor Rigby
my heartbeat dances
to the sound of his breathing;
short, fast, deep
soft, slow, heavy.

If you want to **** me,
just hold your breath.

I never believed in love at first sight;
But I do believe in love at first touch,
At first handshake.
I believe in love at first word,
Both uttered and sang.
I believe in love at first laugh
Shared over an awful cup of coffee.
I never believed in love at first sight
Because my dear how could I have known,
With just a simple glimpse,
The way your touch would stir my heart,
The way your words would woo my mind,
And your song, send shivers down my spine.
The way your laugh could sweeten my burnt coffee.
I never believed in love at first sight,
But, my dear, I believe I love you.

My heart pulsed
When he walked into the room,
The way it only used to do for you.

God is teaching me
how to not be so
reactive
that it is okay
to walk away

without explanation
that i don't have to
explain myself
to anyone

because he already knows my heart
completely

he is teaching me
to let go
of the things of this world
and hold on tight
to my relationship with him
and not my relationships
with others
because i feed off of
the energy of the people
i surround myself with
and i don't always
surround myself
with positive people
he has taught me that
if i feed off of people
instead of him
that i will always
be left feeling hungry
so this is my surrender.

I keep looking for a song to define the moment,
But the sound of your name fits every occasion

All I see at bars is bouncing, smiles,
and laughter full of sad eyes and
repression.
A bunch of lonely
                 people
                        looking
for a warm night and a cold morning.
Connections built to a beat, and you
      have to blame
all parties
because that's what bars are for.
A house of human fluid,
dank floors filled with
feet and fluttering hearts,
moving parts when all
any of us needs
is a real caring conversation.
A real daring contemplation,
I know, but though I'm a young
anomoly, I honestly believe
these thieves of youth are used to their
dishonest truths.

We don't even know it's a problem.

Slowly, Patiently*  losing my mind
Screeching and LOUDLY  I'm going blind.
Believing,   I was so naive before
I won't trust anymore.
I waited on a dove of hope
to come and help me out this drag
To such extents did I dared scope...
But it was just a  **Paper Bag

Words they hit me
They bruise my skin
Break my bones

Words they cut me
They slice
I bleed... And bleed..... and blee

Ive sailed seas of letters,
Oceans of consonants,
drank from rivers of vowels,
I know that the depths of words
lies far beneath the surface,
Somewhere along its floor

It stood on a throne,
Made out of lime stone.

It was clothed,
In colorless gold.

It wore a shadeless crown,
Above its brow.

Its heart was frozen-
From winters night.

Its soul was diced,
by Jack Frost's knife.

It stood alone,
In its quite abyss.
Dismissing my stare.

Though it was free,
It looked lost at sea.

For, I waited to hear a plea,
But it was silent as a willow tree.

Time passed-
And it started to bow

To the brown earth beneath its feet,
To the blue sky above its crown.

Though, the journey was over,
And the final Goodbyes were made.

I could never forget the pride in its eyes,
Or why it stood so still.

For to this day,
I question if I'll every discover,
If the White Rose knew,
Of its wonder?
