BREAKING NEWS
Farah Taskin Apr 13
The news was new, surprising,
as well as not boring
The flying carpet came with the magic lamp

My town has altered
Sometimes I can't recognise it
Selfishness seems to me
like the darkness of the abyss

Genies ring the doorbell
ding ding ding ding ding

I ask myself, what's  wrong?
Finally I sang a sad song.

Poltergeist

The cold, dead girl prefers the huts lonesome, especially the haunted  huts
She detests  pin drop silence
So for her, the sorrowful wind moans
lugubriously through the oaks and pines
The candlestick looks scary

Suppose you're  a spirit medium
Call her quietly
She will respond and pass through  the troposphere,  the stratosphere,  the mesosphere and the thermosphere
She is a good ghost
She resides in Sirius
The dead sinners  stay  in the inner  core

Life and Death are inextricable
The unending afterlife ...
Time knows how to fly
A gleam  of hope knows  how to try
Rain knows how to cry
A novella  knows how to lie
A desert  knows  how to remain  dry
The Mimosa  pudica  knows  how to be shy
A poetic mind knows how to be a clear  sky
and everyone was born to die
everyone is  born to die
everyone will be born to die.

tears Of joy
Farah Taskin Oct 2023
the summer solstice
or the winter solstice
by turns
the sunrise of Tiger hill that is breathtaking
the sunsets are very similar in colours
but the sunset of sea is quite different
I compare its beauty with Helen's of Troy

twilight after twilight
Vitamin D falls in love with Vitamin Sea!
in the watery dark
artistically sinks
the scarlet garnet
Alcyone looks out for Poseidon
I wade courageously in the saltiness
like lucky Neil Alden Armstrong
who moonwalked
so silently on the sea of
tranquility

as a boon the magnetic
moon arrives at last
the irresistible lover attracts
rich water and drives
her crazy
the eternal triangle!
nightly billows chant
romantically
THE UNKNOWN NEBULA
SHEDS TEARS OF JOY!

how to be Happy
Farah Taskin Sep 2023
Feel fossils
Prioritize dinosaurs like a paleontologist
Aim like an ambitious mountaineer
Explore mountains
Try to touch your dreams
Ignore glochids
Notice the patterns of cacti

Keep in mind
since we are human beings
the superego will be the winner
good things will defeat bad things
sooner or later
After all, life is too short to be unhappy.

Farah Taskin May 2023
she Remembers herself
she can't Avoid complications, negative people
she didn't Complain to anyone
she somehow Struggles.......
she Has to struggle for life
she Knew that she was not a robot
she had Likes and Dislikes
sometimes she Misses her own tune
sometimes she Misses her own emotion

cloudlets~fairy tales
Farah Taskin May 2023
a cluster of cloudlets coruscates

silver cloudlets wing across the cobalt firmament

I watch with amazement

they're as delicate as unclad cygnets

they're as transparent as crystal clear water

they're as pure as snowdrop buds

they're as bright as the Hesper

I wish I were a cloudlet~

It was curious
that the horror stories
were not false

Believe it
or not
The pairs of glassy eyes
the horrific shadows
the blazing ignes fatui
the strange cold
the ghostly celebration

Termites, spiders, ants
and bats are alive
the rest are dead

The spectres and the skeletons
roam the island
they were **** sapiens

They exist betwixt
the cryptic hallucination
and the paradoxical illusion

This is how I meet myself
I'm neither

You can't understand

You're the painkiller

You're the faith healer
You're the address

I see my dreams
in your eyes
My clouds scud across
your skies

I wanna be your soft blanket
I wanna be your denim jacket
I want to be yours

When you feel cold
I'm there for you
to hold
you in my arms
If you feel sad
I'll try my best
to make you glad

Why are you always
in my mind
Will you ever be mine

The Essence of Life
Farah Taskin Nov 2021
Knowledge is not like water
It's like the nectar
We learn
and earn
knowledge
We quench our thirst

We behold
the seashells on the beach
the poisonous
fireflies
the silvery fountains
We use microscopes
telescopes
binoculars
However
We can view
a few
things
Lots
of things remain
unseen

We feel
We relax
We imagine
We listen
We disdain

At the end of the day
We're weary.
