Brazenly in my empty room I seek revelation
i seek help and light

My God help me if you are there
and my God has listened,
entrusted me with the power to rise high in the air
but the moment was short and too false
although for the first time in my life I began to appreciate a moment,
but this was the one in which I was most lost, trampled.

I searched for more and begged for more,
God take off my sins - I shouted.

God this time gave me an answer and in a heavy voice said;
“My child, for me to really take off your guilt and despair,
you must face reality, face what is around you.”

And then an empty tear,

God, but why did you send me here then?

“My child, your path by your deeds chosen, your confusion by your own decisions indicated”.
and then darkness and silence.

Listening to this silence I sob
i want to stop, please direct me with light
but this time room was filled with unanswered questions

I sit high again
.
Higher, higher and higher

I know only one thing now,
God is his child disappointed
i wanna stop

Existence makes me think a lot
I'm here right now

Reality is crushing me on every side
and I'm falling lower and lower
trying to climb higher, I stumble

Solving the concept of existence
it's costing me too much suffering

I reach for something
what makes me high and
higher, higher, higher
but only for a moment

although the moment is addictive
because my whole life I've been looking for this moment
where my mind will rest

Though I know it'll destroy me from the inside
for when I am clean, and my sins are upon my head,
is not easier at all,

And to stop, I need to know why

these moments addict me

please help me escape from reality
please help me get out of my head

God has listened to my requests, but he has given me the substances,
that fill me
allow me to go higher
but just for this **** moment

And now I'm lost
unfortunately
with much more sins
addicted from dopamine

When tiresome rowing takes its toll,
Brings dare to care for what's beneath.
Long lost memories emerge from darkness,
Like the drowned, following surface call.
A cry for help, left with no answer,
Now meets our dread, begging release.
Reunion with those we once held dear,
Only to recognize their faces,
Their silhouette, their traits. Identify them,
To call old sorrows by their name.
We know them truly, to their core,
And wish were spared from this truth.
We close their eyes, bring them ashore.
A rescue arriving long overdue.

But the final push has yet to be made—
To find room for love in a grieving heart.
Where we can lay them to their grave,
Bid farewell, before we part.
With each epitaph, every tombstone,
Each pain brought where it desperately yearned,
To end the suffering, rejoice salvation,
Our own anchorage lessens weight.
Encouraged, we’re back to the boat,
To keep on making the heroic choice.
One day, unburdened, we too will float,
Feel pure, cared, loved, and rejoice.
Our lives act as harbors for all that happens. Without a witness, what would it matter if anything happened at all? Yet, comes a time when these stored experiences become too heavy to carry. Some of it we do not want and push away. But this only drains us, unloading no weight. As we grow tired of merely coping, we start to seek true relief. This process of opening up opens a way for the rejected, the pushed-away, to rise to the surface, longing for our attention and care. To be relived - to fade away. The task might feel daunting, the challenge insurmountable. But it is forgiveness that initiates the healing; it is ourselves that we are ultimately caring for.

I keep judging people based on how they look. Including myself.

It's not me. It's a pattern in my brain.
This is for awareness reasons. I want to change what has been my "normal thinking". I have not consciously chosen to perceive the world in this way. I think I miss out on many things by having such a superficial perspective. I need to dig deeper why I am doing this and how it might be good for self-preservation. Feel free to confess in the comments if you're doing the same thing.

the most suffering
we do not know
unless we do
