someday we’ll meet/(the agenda)

in the flesh,
touch elbows,
staying masked
investigate each other’s
eyes;

discuss
rock ‘n roll
choices,
favorite
anything;

no need
to start falling
in love

with you.

unmasked!
we been there,
we done that.

so,
everybody knows,
that’s
old news!

p.s. yes babe, that’s the truth

today i will

…do nothing but
scroll mindlessly
to your recently played
hoping to get connection

today i will

…do nothing but
travel the world
through the window of this room
hoping to get inspiration

today i will

…do nothing but
menially
type words
hoping to find the write one

today i will

…do nothing but
stare at the ceiling
and never leave this bed,

i would celebrate
the day i did nothing.
for any given 'someday'

the dark still feels like a mellow
softly, tenderly and sorrow
somehow, i'm looking above miles
just to see a shining smile

and it gets nearer, something white
look up, it was just a half light
don't sigh and keep waiting for it
just wait a moment, it will lit

it shines a bit brighter today
like happy summer everyday
but a moment seems so fast
please stay and don't be hasty

i plead for a bit of luster
yet the time comes really faster
maybe i just need to sow
something really brighter and glow
happiness is faster than the speed of light.

Someday, somewhere
we'd meet
you'd see my face
and ignore me.
Like those who know me do.

One day, I would like to learn your name
Who you are
Where you come from
Your memories, your sorrows
Your deepest thoughts and feelings
Your soul.

One day, I will look into your eyes
And see someone else
Someone wiser, better, prettier than I
And I will smile
And laugh.

One day, I will learn to fly
The sun beating down on my back
Wings furling and unfurling
Wind spurring the waves
Crashing on the shore.

One day, I will learn to cry
I will sit in the shadows
Stare at the darkness
Challenge my fears
Pain seeping out.

One day, I will create a storm
Fingertips aflame
Lightning crackling
Power surging
Beneath my skin.

One day, I will learn to sit still
Still as a statue
With magnificent posture
Face calm, immaculate
Blank and smooth.

One day, I will learn to run
Far away from those who hurt me
Far away from those who love me
Far away
From me.

One day, I will learn to love,
The warmth that climbs through you
Tingling in your spine
My head,
Resting against hers.

One day, I will learn to forget
Forget everything I have ever learned
Until I learn to live
To live again.

One day, I would like to learn your name
Mine? I have none
I do not know
Who I am.

One day,
I would like to learn my name.

someday you’ll learn this craft and the  extreme patience it
requires, how to savor a word, its conjunction with the one that
comes before and after, the combinations that make a verse, a stanza
sobering beautiful that it robs your breathtaking sensors, a scar minder to, for god sakes, ****! stop! **** that trip to trite, give us something to shout about

I can tell, I am falling in love, while dancing rock and roll
cause, where I come from we don't dance rock and roll,
and it has been about time to hold hands in  Sokolnikov choir
and dance rock and roll,
me and you on a wire.

"I hope you someday
Find happiness
In the arms of another,"
I whispered to him

"One day,
I surely will,"
He replied

And so I smiled
And turned around,
"I hope you someday
Find happiness
In the arms of another,"
I whispered again—
But now to myself

Watching as the rain pouring
While hoping you will look back
At what we had

And you will realize
How stupid what you
did To let it end.
