It wasn't that long ago, was it?
I was so carefree
I would shine like sunlight
staight through the trees
Dance like a rainbow across
the sky
No fear of, "who am I"
I could be anything
No fences hold me
I will travel the world
I will sing from balconies
I will tackle any mountain
I will swim the 7 seas
I am not gone
I remember me.

I was scared to lose you. Because instead of hearing people, I listened   to them.
And listening to them hurt. It hurt so much tears fell down and I forgot I had value.
Living with my own principles is tough. For everywhere I go, I see them misjudge me, criticize me and laugh at me.

But I am stronger than they are, right? We all are. We are wandering in this world that it not ours. We are suffering in this world for it is home. And it is okay. For love is stronger and whoever and wherever you are, someone loves you.

Dont call youself a loser
Because that's not what you are
In my eyes and in my heart,
You're a shining shooting star

You are perfect and loving,
The flower that always blooms.
Even when your stuck in dirt,
Your petals gleam amongst the moon

Dont give up the grueling fight
This is what you've known and done
Dont keep beating on your head,
Strike the pain until you've won.

Dont suffer or be angry
Thank God for this great chance
To show them you don't just sing
But steal the spotlight when you dance

Darkness was all around me,
And I like a castle on a quicksand;
Forced summon all my chi
To pull myself together on a firm land.

I lead my life to avoid regrets
With my spirits high as a kite.
But life has its way to clear it's debts
told me I'm worth less than a spite.

Grateful to my mate
Who showed me a way out;
Snuck through a rusty gate
Beyond the mansion of self doubt.

Held on to a wee bit of hope
And showing no sign of standing still.
I rode on as a mechanism to cope
Like a variegated flower of squill.

Didn't take long to learn,
Past is not a ghost haunting my present;
It made my belief stern.
It was time well spent.
