You are crying out for aid
I can taste the salt
from across the oceans
from across his seas

your sobs are rabid
and my words soft
the only weapon here
against the frothing tide

A whimper down the lines
yes, you have done
what needed to be done
yet the waters are still churning.

I am tired
Of being the ocean
You kiss my lips
Only because they taste
Like salt
You asked me to cry you a river but I gave you the sea

sand sticks onto my legs
as i crawl out of the water.

stench of salt in my hair,
as i walk the shoreline.

french fry in gull's beak,
as i toss my food away.

god i love the beach.

people change their minds
nothing's unconditional
traditionally habitual of human animals
predictably they always change their minds

but not you, no
you're not typical
you're unequivocal
I know exactly what you think
you're never finicky
because you unconditionally
unaccept me
your consistency is appreciated
as indicated by tears that ensue
so thank you
I mean it, I really do

I am not
The height of all heights
No
Nor will I undersell my flavorfulness
The salt of the earth
And those reasons why
Are why I will not let it grow

sea breeze is salty,
on the beach front, I ponder
on the sea and me!

Sometimes I imagine us holding hands,
Walking along the harbor:
You, telling stories of all these lost years
like a pelican begging for food
Making music out of my invisible tears

But maybe instead of holding your hand
I should hold on to the future
And stop chasing your footprints in the sand
Only to be led nowhere.
I will no longer swim in these tears.
I have felt the ache of the salt burn on my skin for far too long.
It’s not worth docking on this pier
If you don’t treasure me like the shells along your shore.

So I set sail.
I will find a new island to call my own &
Sculpt the land like shaping clay on a pottery wheel.

I will treasure all of my shells and secrets
The way you did not treasure me.
And for once, I will command the sea.

Rubayiat Al Thurab (Verses of the Dust) – 38

Pure Salt and sweet sugar melt in visible water
In specific taste both key ingredients are naturally varying.

We intuitively know the proper Social usage,
Of pure salt and sweet sugar,
Still they wont be same!

We as being naturally, are typically varied
Like pure salt and sweet sugar,.

On our own way of cultured taste,
But still we are same creation,
To taste the confirmed death of our dear life!

Sal
The salt of the earth
Seasons fresh mirth
on the plates of the gifted among us.
Gifted with pride,
And holding inside
A wealth of greed stronger than all lust.
