So long, my heart, so long
If lies could heal
Spoken English would ****
Telling the truth
Never lasts for too long
Maybe someday you’ll try
And learn how to cry
Like you really mean it
Feel how I need it
It only lasts for so long

So long, my love, so long
If hands could heal
Calluses would ****
Emoting for you never lasts for too long
A hug
A kiss
Feelings I miss
Is it asking too much
Just to feel a real touch?
It only lasts for so long

So long, my trust, so long
Though you’re almost gone
Your shadow won’t linger
Next to me anymore
It’s been faded for so long
Return beyond
Throw in the towel
Never come back
For this day, I’ve been prepared
For so long
You’ve been gone so long
We're a "perfect family" in the eyes of outsiders. I hate to burst your bubble, but perfect families don't include a father who wakes up on Sunday morning with his bags already packed ready to walk out on us then expect everything to go back to normal just because he chose to stay. Three years later, my brother my mom and myself are STILL hurting. We forgave you, but we'll never forget how your moment of cowardice almost tore us apart.

Rant on, my fellow stranger poet
who speaks with negative rhyme.
Rant, till the sun stops to shine.
and rains come, if you desire.
Rant, as my ears open
to hear your saga
in hopes a space in mind will open,

Come do hear what I have learned
as old age embraces me,
and my stride is slow.

"It is all in ones perspective.
whereby changing the thought,
changes the scene."
I whispered gently like wind.

"The day is filled with opportunity
to rise with sun to dance
and push away the clouds."
I echoed, hugging with eyes
the thin tall figure.

I stood with cane and intention
to anchor my words in his heart.
before continuing again.

"Its time to take the pieces of puzzle woes
and turn them around if you choose."
the wise sage said.
"For the road is wide
with so much to experience.
So much to connect to
when one awakes to the
Divine being inside."

""Oh to align to hear music of love
in this temporary construct of a lifetime
is a grand thing."
A grand thing,
as I turned, bowed and walked away.

Ethics of war were not followed,
Neither by the army under me,
Nor by that wise commander,
I shattered all the regulations,
Especially the ones formulated by me.
I, Đroņa, was a war criminal,
They had him surrounded when
I commanded Abhimanyu's killing.
Classical rules of war idealized,
Don't attack the outnumbered enemy,
I helped form the Chakravyuha,
A forbidden aggressive war formation,
'Abhimanyu' was killed by many,
He was so outnumbered by our army,
Đraupađi, his mother, cursed me,
She cursed I'll die lamenting my son.
Đroņa was an immortal who died willing so after he misinterpreted that his son Aśvatthama had died when an elephant named Aśvatthama died but Krishna only exclaimed "Aśvatthama has been killed!"

He must put away his fake identity and become what others fear
To take away what criminals hold dear
The comfort of a mask to hide the anger and the pain
The memory of a night that will forever remain
A desperate criminal and a pointed gun
BANG! Down goes one
BANG! A second one
Blood shed tears leave a little boy stranded and alone
On his knees stunned, his parents gunned by the desperate one
Things took a wrong turn, now all the happiness is burned
Through the tears streaming down young Bruce Wayne’s face.
The young boy now a man won’t forget his promise
A life of pain is all he’s really known
He now feels the darkness is his only home
Criminals beware you will know his despair
He is the protection for a city covered with scars ones that only he can heal
When darkness falls means the Dark Knight Rises

I will never understand you.
And that's our great tragedy.

"The sky and the earth can never meet",quoth he
"But their love can create a miracle,isn't it?",said I.
He smiles and chuckles and asks me if I'm sure.
Yes,honey.The miracle's called a horizon
We too are like two parallel lines
Distance separates us.
But in our hearts,
Our love keeps us together like the horizon.
Just A Deep Thought.I wonder how I come up with all these romantic stuff.

It comes down to this...

There's poor & there's rich.

Those with power & those in need.

Greed can sow seeds,
and his want, far exceeds
our power to retreat.

But some were once captive...
Took a voyage thru a passage...
Impressed, they spread The message.
Love's not a weapon,
But a present represented
Thru actions' boastful speech.
Give or recieve,
We all beLIEve.
And to die for this we need.
Iron & Clay
Holding fast to thier ways
O' how the pendulum sways!

O'how the pendulum sways.
