I’ve written to you many times, through notepads and phone screens.
They transcend to you in another time,
when you can understand the words I never sent.

I shouted your name, and the sky carried it with the wind.
It flows, whisking leaves, unfolding at your doorstep.

I blew bubbles into puddles you stepped through, soaking you from within.
This is how you’ll feel me.

Distant echoes in shadows, quiet murmurs in stillness.
That’s when you’ll hear me—
even without these words.

warm fire smile
I taste your heat
you've always been ablaze
and you've never apologized for setting
fire to the house
               (it needed to burn, anyway)
I feel your release
I feel that it's different now
               DO YOU HEAR ME?
               I SAID IT'S DIFFERENT NOW!
I said I wish I could burn like you
but I am water that never stops spilling
               (can fire spill?)
my water grows an algae film when your fire can get you
wherever you want
demanding and tenderizing and
so ******* wild
I adore you in your blaze
I savor your fiery rage
I lick the plate of ashes that remain

I’ve collected many things in my life
But my favorite
Are the memories and stories
I share with you

I truly think our souls
Are eternally intertwined.
I will find you
And love you
In every lifetime.

Healing starts with
gentle grace.
By finding peace in your
own pace.
Love yourself,
let your fears unwind.
And trust will bloom in time,
refined.

everyone's found a spot
a home for their box
but me,
everything's just piling up
in the passenger seat
a rlly good friend of mine said "having a partner is like letting someone carry a treasure box of your things sometimes"

My name sounds so pretty on your lips
I'm begging you
We have all the time in the world
So I don't think you'd mind
If I stole one more
Just for the road
Just to get me home
Just so you know
That I need you to catch me

But a fool dressed in red
She walked across town proudly
And ventured out
Where no one dared to tread
They all warned her
That there always was
And will be
Ever impending dread
For what comes up
Must come down
O Fortuna, let me lie in my bed
For I am but a fool dressed in red.

would it be incorrect
to beg on my knees for the tender caress of the open waves
though rivers and lakes lap at my ankles, telling me all I need is right here, just ask!

a sailors ears trained on the horizon, a spark in their eye for the sirens song
a hunters sigh ending in success, their hunger trained on a brief, yet bittersweet sunset
a starlet and the Creation of Adam between her and the her ocean

greed is mankind's worst flaw
for I am no kinder than a man

Blue lights, red lights,
I don't see anymore.
When I close my eyes -
you are with me no more.
Am I lonely for you?
And do you miss me to?

The world has beauty -
we are rather tragic,
like broken royalty.
Tell me where's the magic.

The stars are out.
The lough is loud.
Over the rails is moon,
but I can't miss you.

We' ve had fun,
for a long time.
You know all my secrets,
the story behind my scars.
When parents were loud,
only saw me cry.

The stars are out.
The lough is loud.
Over the rails is moon,
but I can't miss you.

No, I can't miss you.

You are my past.

...

When I close my eyes -
you are with me no more.
I'm alone in the dark,
and you're far - behind those lights.
